We own Vacation Rental homes and have had to purchase a variety of appliances. From full kitchens to laundry to checking into specialty items. Having been purchasing from THIS location in Goodyear Az, Jeanie has been my to-​go-​girl. IF you find prices lower elsewhere they will work to run the same special –only one better. Be looking for their ‘contractor prices’, and be sure to ask about them when appliance hunting. I have even sent my kids there to shop and my daughter in law stated her friend who just purchased her new home got the same refrigerator my daughter in law purchased at Home Tv and Appliance. Her friend paid close to a thousand dollars higher! (Talking about the same model, name brand, the nice big french door, pull out drawers frig!) I have sent many customers there way telling them to use my name as a reference. So far, in the past 4 years, not one of my friends nor family nor acquaintances have complained about their GREAT DEALS. Its true they are slow to approach you, but then when you want someone to help you, all you need to do is ask for help. They DO have a smaller staff, undoubtedly that helps keep the prices down for the consumers. No complaints about that when you as a customer get to reap the benefits! So walking a few feet to ask for assistance is a small price to pay for those BIG savings! Fewer employees seems to translate into greater amount of dollars we save!

At the start of our remodeling we went looking for appliances-​noticed a striking similarity between Home TV & Spencers (same ownership?) Home TV matched all our prices and had no problems holding merchandise when our remodel «went south”-for several months (Thanks Jim!). Had no problems with install either. Had a warranty issue (icemaker) with our LG refrig-​contacted Goldwing and they took care of the problem-​again NO ISSUES. We love our new appliances and, as someone pointed out, their extended warranty is longer and cheaper than a certain well known department store.

This place is ok but not as good as others. Their prices are about $ 10-​$ 50 higher per item as opposed to another appliance store down the road, but if you call them out on it, they will price match. I just as soon not have to do the extra work and go elsewhere.

The prices were much, much, much less than anywhere else we looked. I went in shopping for a stove and walked out with a stove, dishwasher and microwave. Delivery was free and delivery guys were great! I called back with a few quesitons and the sales people remembered me and were very helpful.

Just purchased a washer and dryer and a R/​O system from Home TV & Appliance. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Had excellent knowledge of all the products on hand and there was no hard sell. We priced the items we purchased at other stores and on the Internet, cheapest by at least $ 200 on the washer/​dryer set. Would highly recommend and plan on using them again.

I went here again after a couple of years to pick up a water filter for my fridge, which I bought here, and they were even better than before. The staff is always friendly and «hustles» even if you only want to buy a water filter. They seem to have even more appliances to choose from than the last time I was here about 2 years ago. (the store is HUGE) .I sent a friend from work, and also a family member (who drove in all the way from Southeast Phoenix) to them recently, and both told me that their experience was the same as mine originally. This place has the best «feel» to it of any appliance place I have ever been in. It feels like the kind of service you get from a good high end restaurant – everyone is helpful and seems glad to see you.

Our experience was quite the opposite as the other reviewers. Kevin was very helpful during our shopping for a new refrigerator. We drove from the east valley just because Home TV & Appliance was such a great deal. Their everyday price was lower than the «great» sale price from Best Buy. Plus for an equivalent warranty, it was ¹⁄₅ the cost as Best Buy ($ 99 for 5/​yr). Delivery was free. In the end we got the fridge we wanted out the door (with tax, delivery, and a 5 yr warranty) for less than the Best Buy sale price.
I would recommend Home TV & Appliance if you are buying any appliances. Skip the big box stores that seem to be really overpriced. We plan on going back for our next purchases.

One horrible experience after the next! Unless you enjoy problems and wasting time stay away.

Do everything the opposite of what the formally called «Maytag Store» did… like:
1) Don’t greet any customers when they walk in…
2) Then ignore them…
3) Schedule one employee to work on a Sunday morning…
In fact, I don’t remember seeing any employees in the store, were there any???
