Domino’s Pizza

I’m never eating dominos pizza after my last experience here. I found a long, straight black hair baked into my pizza. Called the store and spoke with the manager who was extremely rude. She refused to give me a refund and claimed that no one that worked there had long black hair… Despite the fact that the girl who handed me my pizza did. She said she would give me a free pizza… Um I just found a hair in my pizza. Why would I want another gross pizza? I don’t. Never eating here again… even when I’m drunk.

They lost my pizza yesterday while it was out on a delivery. The girl I spoke to last night was super sweet and apologetic and promised me credit as well as reversing the charge. Today I called to get the free pizza and the manager I spoke to was incredibly rude. Not understanding at all. I’ll grant him that initially I didn’t the right phone number (the order had defaulted to my home number) and so I guess he though I was lying about the whole ordeal. Then I went to look at my order recipe online (he put me on hold for a while when I was doing this) and when I gave him the right number he was super condescending and rude. At the end of the call there was no closing/“sorry about this” (the whole thing started cause THEY lost my pizza), the guy literally just hung up on after I said «thanks». Also he’s charging me for delivery, even though I would have expected that to be covered s part of the whole «store credit» thing. I’ll probably still order from here once in a while cause it’s convenient and relatively cheap, but this experience is definitely gonna make me prefer Woodstocks.

I will NEVER eat from here again…
They keep the pizza making aprons in the bathroom.
They keep the towels for wiping down counters in the bathroom.
Essentially you are eating POTTY PIZZA. Disgusting!
Hello, health inspector — do you ever visit this location?

This location is chill and the Domino’s product I expect to get… works. The app/​pizza/​location synchronicity went down without a hitch and I ate a pizza.
Domino’s is alright pizza. The crust is salty and good. Don’t expect too much and you’ll be happy. Avoid the wings.
Seriously though. Domino’s is innovation. Nobody else does what they do. Voice ordering, pizza tracker, wow.

I wanna thank Edna for making the pizza I ordered really fast! I also want to thank her for the dry pizza overall that lacked the Robust tomato sauce I ordered on it. Can’t really enjoy pizza when it’s too dry to swallow. Come on Edna!

I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve ordered carry out from Dominos, and never had a bad experience. I have to give them stars for their prices, you simply cannot beat their deals! I’ve never had an incorrect order, and my carry out orders never take more than 15 – 20 minutes! Fast, helpful, friendly staff! Keep an eye out online for some of their specials.

Delivery was exactly 3 minutes past the online maximum quote. It used to mean free pizza if a company didn’t live up to their estimated maximum quote but I digress…
I asked a series of questions to Julio the delivery guy who answered one, then said «I don’t speak English well.» When I asked him who he wanted to win the super bowl.
This sparked a series of serious question which I am awaiting responses from corporate:
Does Dominos pizza employ delivery agents that A.) consciously decide to blatantly reflect poorly in matters of customer service relations while wearing a company uniform while communicating with customers? B.) diffuse situations by blatantly lying to customers? C.) are non English speaking immigrants/​illegals in order to drive pizzas across towns???

Dominos pizza is usually the pizza I prefer when sitting with a bunch of friends socializing and hanging out at home so I ordered from the Dominos in IV and all I can say is that I’ve had better. It’s not disgusting or inedible by any means but I’ve had better Dominos, quality-​wise, elsewhere. The food wasn’t too warm, unfortunately but the that’s not the drivers fault so I still included a nice tip. I have yet to order from another pizza place around here but I’m sure theres gotta be a somewhat better option somewhere in I.V. All in all, you know what to expect when ordering from Dominos, just keep in mind it’s a little below the average of most other Dominos.

Usually when I order dominoes, I have a big order because my roommates and I order together. I usually get 2 pizzas, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks and a 2-​liter soda. Majority of the time when I order and they deliver it, they always forget to bring something. It could be the ranch/​marinara sauce, whatever. However, this one time I ordered, they forgot my cinnamon sticks. I waited almost 30 mins after getting my pizza! Wth?!! Seriously? Also, the wings are disgusting! Soggy wings! It’s like they microwaved your wings from the night b4! I gagged after trying a piece! Never again with the wings!

A little while ago I ordered a deal – I think it was $ 7 for a 2-​topping? Don’t remember. I ordered on the phone for takeout and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Cool.
I get there with my friend and he gives his card (he was paying). They tell us their card system hasn’t been working and they’re trying to fix it. Like, that’s fine, but they didn’t tell us this on the phone. If we had known we could have just gotten cash beforehand no big deal.
After telling us this, the cashier doesn’t give us any alternatives, he just sits there and stares at us. So, annoyed, we say we’ll come back later. I get a call from them 30 minutes later saying their system is working. Still annoyed, I asked them to make me a new pizza because God knows that pizza isn’t fresh. He says he can’t, but that it has been in the warmer so it’s still good.
I pick it up, get home, eat it and realize it’s lukewarm. You a-​holes. I hate you. In fact, the next time I want cheap pizza, I’d rather just drive all the way to Pizza Hut in Ventura. Even that would be better than this experience.
Also, I remember one time my first year, I ordered for delivery and it came to me without having been cut. Ugh.
I’m not a fan of Domino’s pizza to begin with, but I would have been willing to give 2 or 3 stars if the incident above had not happened.

We ordered online and the website had this tracker to let us see the progress of our order. The tracker said that the pizza was being delivered but it stayed that way for almost 45 minutes. We called them and they told us they couldn’t deliver to our street because it was closed off (it was Halloween weekend), but they didn’t bother to call us and let us know? What the hell was the point of asking for a phone number on your website then? And if it’s not being delivered, why lie to us on the website and say that it is?
So we walked down to the Dominos to pick up our pizza, which was not very hot anymore. It was a good thing I looked at my slice before biting into it because there was this long piece of blonde hair sticking out. Neither me nor any of the friends I was with are blonde. Totally lost my appetite.
Basically, we spent over an hour in total waiting for a pizza that had hair in it. Yum.

I mean. It’s domino’s. You shouldn’t be expecting much. But as soon as I walked in there was this putrid smell. Only ordered boneless chicken with ranch. No one was even here. There was 3 people on hand and nobody was working on my order. One was folding boxes. Another was looking over receipts and another was standing there. Said the order would take 10 – 15 minutes. Slowest service ever.

ABOSLUTE SLOWEST SERVICE EVER.
We ordered a pizza on a Sunday night at 8:30 and it took them over 40 minutes to actually make our god damn pizzas.
Also fuck SB menus for just making transactions all the more confusing.

Both Jordan and I got food poisoning. I would normally not just blame the restaurant but it’s not coincidence that we both got food poisoning after eating the same pizza.

I’m not going to lie, I love Dominos. It’s unhealthy, but it’s fast, cheap, and delicious. The cheesy bread sticks are great, but the pasta is disgusting! Never buy pasta from cheap pizza places.

When the deals are good and your wallets are a looking little sad, but you still want pizza? Dominoes is the place for you. Their official website is super easy to use and doesn’t charge you a service fee like SB Menus does. The weekday carry-​out deals are awesome and the pizzas always come out hot and fresh. Can’t ask for more than that! Service can be iffy depending on who’s managing the cashier, but no major setbacks. Just awesome pizza.

Well, sometimes they somehow forgot to make your pizza, although it says on the ”tracker” that it is being prepared. This happened a few times with carryout orders. You go in and they tell you there was a mistake with the system and they did not prepare your pizza. It happened to me twice.

Obsessed with Domino’s, Pizza is always same amazing quality, comes on time, and they are always kind and helpful. Out of the millions of pizzas I’ve ordered Domino’s is still my fav in IV.
