Buying appliance was no problem. Happy to take $. Problem. Over 1 month since we moved into new home. Need Freezer door replaced as it was damaged. Something wrong with dishwasher door handle. A screw fell out someplace from the top of oven first time I used it. Glad it didn’t get baked in the cake for grandchildren. Still waiting. Last week they promised to call me right back. The phone never rang. This week there going to call me right back. Problem getting service in Elk River. Than why sell product here? We’re not in the moon. This is unacceptable.

Was surprised to see such a low star ranking before making the trip. Was surprised that the ranking wasn’t lower after. Just rude. If I have to wait an hour to talk to someone about spending $ 2k on a faucet, you should definitely worry about my son walking around with your tv remote.

It’s approaching a 1 star rating. Unfortunately for us our builder uses Ferguson to provide appliances. They really shouldn’t as it’s reflecting poorly on them. Like others it was a pleasant first visit but follow up was either slow or non-existent. We waited well more than a week for a simple price quote of some of the appliances we looked at, which came in 25% above our allowance which they were aware of. When I asked for a list of other options for refrigerators I was sent only 3 models and confirmed that was it. However when I looked at the manufacturers’ websites there were at least 12 models of similar features in the price range I requested. Do they carry them or not? I have no idea. When I asked if they carried Samsung or LG(since I want to do research on every option) I was told to watch out for«those import models». Is this 1980? Are we not a global economy? Why would an «import» be a problem compared to poor quality domestic products? I don’t see how that is even relevant to the decision. I am looking for options to not use Ferguson to provide appliances for our new house. I hope our builder will work with us to do so. They picked a bad partner.

Not even 2 hours after I posted my review I got a call for the branch manager after he noticed my review. I am happy to say he was able to take care of my problems and even met me at the warehouse that day to pick up what I needed. He even offered to have my order delivered the next day with no charge if I wanted. I still have 2 items that are not in yet but hopefully will be called when they arrive. I increased my rating because Branch manager Paul was wonderful and took care of me but I only give them 3 stars total as it shouldn’t have took a bad Unilocal review in order for me to get great service.

We stopped by Ferguson to pick out our appliances for our home we are building. We had an appointment with one of their salespeople that was as friendly as can be and truly exemplified what an old fashioned sales person is. Knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The showroom at Ferguson was wonderful and had so much to choose from. The reason for the low review was that the salesperson told us that they were going to send over pricing for all our selections to our builder and it’s been more than a week and haven’t seen anything yet. It could’ve been a fluke for timeliness, I would still recommend stopping by if you need to make home selections.

There are much better places, so just don’t even bother with Ferguson. High prices and unhelpful staff. Waste of time.
