Baskin-Robbins 2351 Ice Cream Stores

Make sure they know what they’re doing… My cappuccino blast was not blended enough and had about one teaspoon of whipped cream and they didn’t put any hot fudge on the Reese’s peanut butter cup sundae. :(

Basic B&R. The associates do not manage well during a rush. Customer service was generic and when overcharged Tuesday during family night, the associate made NO effort to correct or rectify the situation. Rather she said that the sign was wrong. Please take down your Tuesday scoop night special if you do not honor your advertising.

Location is close to us and employees are friendly. The bathroom is always clean. I like that because if the bathroom is clean it makes me feel like everything else is clean.
April flavor of the month is «Snacknado»…caramel ice cream with pretzels, chocolate potato chips and candy pieces. It sounds crazy but good Lord it’s a perfect balance of sweet and salty deliciousness. Yum!!!

Tried to order a birthday cake by phone but they said ‘we’re too busy, you have to go online to order.’ So I came to pick up and now I can’t use my $ 3 coupon because I ordered online. Lame!

I went to this location the employees don’t have good customer service, James was in hurry, impatient and short! I really was not happy with the service I won’t recommend this place.

Good ice cream and tons of flavors. This location seems busy whenever we go. The employees are good and it’s a close location to us. No real drawbacks it’s just good eating!

I was in there last night on ⁶⁄₃ and there was a woman in there with her dog inside the store. She got her ice cream and left. She came back in the store with her dog again and was eating off her cone. She complained to the scooper that her scoop was not big enough and asked for more. The young man behind the counter then took the cone from her and began to then scoop more ice cream on top of the ice cream she had already eaten off of. Then put the scooper back in the dish. SO, was I left to think that my own ice cream be scooped with that very same one that had been on the ice cream she had already eaten off of? I left the store without ordering any. I went back into the store to explain to the young man the cross contamination and he was so confused and not understanding why I was so upset.
The next day when I called the store to speak with the manager he hung up on me when I asked his name. When I called back it went to the fax. I called again and he answered. When I explained to him what happen he asked me how big the dog was? REALLY? Does that matter? And no, it was not a working dog. When I explained that I would be going to another store from now on he said in a tone, «Well that’s your choice.» REALLY? He did not even try to win me back as a loyal customer. He claims he will have a talk with the employees regarding safety and cleanliness. Not holding my breath.

The shop is small. The owner is personable and helpful. The ice cream is up to usual standards. Let this guy make you feel welcome.

BR is always a good choice — they have a lot of sherbert and low fat options that is good for those of us not in the mood for regular ice cream.

This is your standard run of the mill Baskin Robbins. Gets a little busy on Tuesdays though. The guys are somewhat friendly when they’re not jam packed.

Of course the ice cream is always good, since Baskin-​Robbins is a chain. A word of advice to the workers: smile a little and at least try and be friendly.

It is consistent, what more can you say about a chain? We usually get Jamoca Almond Fudge in combination with something.
