I bought a gas stove in late 2014 using coupon discounts and got a great deal. Yes, the staff, save our sales person, was a bit distant, but I much prefer that to the «fall all over you» approach of most stores. Like all sales staff they try to sell you what They want you to buy; consumer-​savvy people will do fine here.

I am astounded at how incredibly inept this company is. I made an appointment telling them I had a gas stove that had a gas leak. They verified that we did have a plumber there and the leak was not the pipes, but the stove. Was given a 5 hour window in which they might arrive, 5 hours. Imagine if you were an accountant and told a client, I will see you some time between 12 and 5, but I wont tell you when. since I work, and I work an hour from the house, I asked for a smaller window, and finally settled for a phone call ½ hour before they arrived. I called 2x between 3 and 5, only to be told they would check with the technician, and get back to me, which they never did. at 4:45, they pulled up to the house, without me ever getting a phone call. Technician was clueless, I think he though he was there for a thermocouple or something. Didn’t bring a gas sniffer (standard tool for finding a gas leak) didn’t even bring the soap bubble solution, asked if he could use some dawn dish soap. Didn’t have the replacement parts, completely useless. Got the manager on the phone, he told me he could have someone there in 6 days, but, this time instead of a 5 hour window, it was sometime between 9 and 5, couldn’t do any better becaouse of already scheduled appointments.
Bottom line, the manager was rude and arrogant, the repairman who showed up was clueless and lacked the tools to do the job requested, I took a half day off of work, and the stove still has an issue.
Avoid this company like the plague, I wouldn’t recommend them to clean out the crumbly bits that fall under the burner.

Over the last several years we’ve bought every appliance we own from Mike Marino and the guys… they are the best! they will price match virtually anyone and the real difference is the quality of their extended warranties. The repair guys always show up and fix things correctly the first time unlike the larger shops. With the cheap way that things are built nowadays and the constant breakdowns, this gives us real peace of mind.
