Great experience! Definitely recommend taking the tour. We saw lots of wildlife, deer, birds, fish, baby alligators, and a few big alligators as well. Cap’t Josh seemed like he made sure we were able to see the alligators. It would have been a fun ride just being in the airboat if we didn’t get lucky enough to spot the alligators.

One of the coolest things I did in Florida! Saw way more than just gators(which were incredible)! It was all so beautiful and super fun!!!

Was in Orlando last May for my birthday. There were two things I really wanted to do: see Manatees & go on an airboat ride. I headed up to Blue Springs but was thwarted in my plans to see Manatees, as there was a 2 hour wait to get in. We opted to do some quick research to see if there were any airboat rides local to that area. We ended up calling Capt Josh. He totally hooked us up. You can tell that this man loves his job and knows the river. We went out on the James. Around every bend there seemed to be something new to see and lots of alligators –big and small. At points, he would stop and tell us history and tidbits on the birds, fish, area, etc. This was no pat commercialized tour. Instead it felt like a friend taking us out on his boat for the afternoon. Was oh so worth the drive up from Orlando. Matter of fact, next time I’m in Orlando am so going back out!

We had a blast on a sunny Florida morning; we took the 75 minute airboat tour around the natural St. John’s River and surrounding area. My fiancé and I had never been on an airboat ride before, and as native Floridians, we had the privilege of seeing parts of Florida we don’t see on a regular basis – or we had ever seen at all. Josh is a friendly, professional, tour guide, who took the time to stop the boat for us to relish the beautiful scenery. He also pointed out several types of wildlife – including lots of alligators. Lots of fun, we can’t wait to try bowfishing or another tour.
