I REALLY wanted to give this 4 stars. Here is a recap of our experience. We called a few months back and talked to the owner. Very nice and respectful person. We set up the date and locked it in. About a month ago I called to confirm and sent an email. No response. I left another message and still did not get a call back to confirm our rental. The owner finally called back and said that he missed our message but all was well. Hey — I have done the same thing at work so really no big deal. I went to the hotel to pick up the jeep for the day. The owner was not present. The lady at the desk had all the paperwork but we had no clue how to get to the trail. She called the owner and he gave us directions. It was a little disappointing to be handed a book and told to go find the trial. I was hopping for better trail support. The jeep was perfect. New wrangler sport. Good condition. Full of gas. Clean. Very nice jeep indeed. We went to the trail and almost died because we made a wrong turn and ended up on the devils punch bowl trail. This was my fault as i made the wrong turn but if the owner had better maps(it is a jeep adventure service after all) we would not have gone the wrong way. I had the family get out so I could negoatiate the trail and turn around by the bridge. Long story short — jeep was perfect. Lack of attention to the client in the way of support was high. I would rent from them again but I would be prepared to resarch and print trail maps instead of assuming they would provide. Rental was 220 cash or 250 using credit for the day.
