Amazing!!! Cannot wait to have more! I had the surf-​n-​turf and it was perfectly cooked! I ordered my steak rare + and it was exactly as expected! They didn’t even hesitate when we wanted to special order or make changes!

Great menu with plenty of game fare. You can’t go wrong with their appetizers. I really enjoyed the Field and Stream with perfectly cooked Elk medallions and delicious trout!

I just love coming to the Ranch house. It’s tucked into this funky little alley way, has awesome outdoor seating and great food. They nail a Bloody Mary and the salads never disappoint. The service is good and the atmosphere is very Colorado Casual Cool. I’ve had many dishes from here and can’t wait for summer to get out there again!

Okay, I’m not afraid to say it, I’m a city slicker dammit but this mountain gourmet food is the bmb. I highly recommend the trout BLT with homemade chips! It rivals any BLT I’ve ever had. PW.

Just ate here on a snowy afternoon and it was perfect! It made me feel like I was back on my grandparents farm eating delicious hardy country food ~ the best burger, fries, and baked beans. Yum! It was so delicious I didn’t even get a chance to take a pic of it for this review.

A great restaurant in downtown Glenwood. It has the best ambiance, in my opinion, of any downtown restaurant. A smaller menu focuses on high quality Colorado meats. Elk burger is great. A solid choice for lunch or dinner. Friendly staff too.

So good! We stopped in on our way to Denver and are so glad we did. I had the CRH burger, and it was a 10! Cooked beautifully with thick bacon and caramelized onion, and served on the softest potato bun. Currently their entire menu is built from Colorado sourced ingredients.
The place is cozy and is Colorado inspired design perfection. It’s a must see!

We were there last night both meals were outstanding. The vegetables were a California style, great friendly service.
Will make this a stop every trip.

Great hamburger, caramelized onions and super tasty bacon.
Needed a little salt or dip for their homemade chips but otherwise great experience.

Had a great Sunday lunch on their patio and was extremely happy with the food and the service!
Had interaction with three members of the staff and all were pleasant, happy and a pleasure to deal with. Service was punctual without being rushed.
We had the chicken salad BLT and an Elk burger. Both were served on a tasty bread. The Elk burger came with smoked cheese and green chili’s and it delicious as is… didn’t add any condiments to it. The chicken salad BLT was delicious as well. We ordered both the made fresh chips and frys and both were very good.
We will definitely come back here the next time we’re in Glenwood.

This was a small cozy little place maybe 40 people. Copper top tables a few animal heads on the wall a little flower vase on the table. Hubby got a strip steak with mashed potatoes and green beans he loved it steak was real tender. I got grilled chicken mozzarella cheese basil with a balsamic reduction sandwich it was really good with home chips. They also have a outdoor patio

Adorable little restaurant with a fantastic patio and great service. The lobster ravioli were actually filled with lobster and had a great sauce. The mashed potatoes were probably my favorite! The steak was good but not super spectacular. A bit pricey but not for a nice meal. I left a little hungry still… Some bread or slightly larger portion would have been ideal.

We arrived at a busy time on a Sat night and they were able to get our party of 6 in on the patio within about 30 minutes! The service was exceptional and the food was incredible. Their special was sea bass which was amazing. The salmon was also incredible. We sampled all the desserts and my favorite was the strawberry short cake. It was a real biscuit with the cutest container of cream. Will definitely be back! !

The trout dip is wonderful! It’s not overpowering. It’s so good! The Elk burger is such a wonderful alternative to beef. I loved it! This place oddly wasn’t busy, but thank god because this place is wonderful!!!

We were enticed by the beautiful patio and comfortable wood and colors. The kale side was just weird. Carrots were plentiful, but poorly prepared. The salmon was small and just ok. It appears the chef has some good ideas, but the execution from the staff isn’t there.
I hear the restaurant is new, so I’d go back and try it again.
Service was good and high energy.

This was one of the best places we ate during our visit to Glenwood Springs. We were pleased that even though it was Friday evening, we were able to stroll right in and have our large party seated on the patio.
We started with the bacon and blue cheese poutine which was really delicious! We all inhaled it. I ate the House Salad as my main entrée, and it was a beautiful, colorful salad and very tasty. Most everyone else at my table at burgers (both beef and elk) and were happy. The one meal that seemed a little disappointing was the pulled pork sandwich which was very sweet and saucy (too sweet).
They had many other dishes that looked great, so I would come back here for sure.

Absolutely delicious! Amazing outdoor patio makes this restaurant a perfect stop on a summer evening. We had the salmon, the house salad (an entrée on it’s own) and strawberry shortcake for dessert. All phenomenal. This restaurant is a gem.

So, they dont accept reservations when i called which kinda scared me because it always looked busy.
So around 6pm I walked in, And Sat down, and was greeted. They have a nice Cocktail list. Always ask your server for the Specials of the day for meals.
I ordered a Porterhouse Steak Medium well, with Mashed Potatoes. Ohh My It was juicy and perfectly seasoned and no Steak sauce was needed.
It has a nice ambience to it as well inside. Somewhat Rustic but Trendy. You can also order and eat your meal at the bar.

When you walk into a place, scan the faces of those dining, and see smiles and people laughing you know you’ve found the right place.
We were immediately greeted and told they could accommodate our larger party and to have a seat on the couch while they set it up. Then they did something that’s never happened while waiting for a table, they brought us all waters.
They staff, and I mean all of them, were incredibly gracious and pleasant. The food was delicious. I tried the elk quesadilla and lobster ravioli as that’s what the other reviewers stated to try, and they were very good. My husband had the burger and he said it was also a very good burger. Everyone in our party seemed to be very pleased.
I love the small feel of this place. Not overly noisy or crowded feeling. They made several suggestions for the kids and the prices were not outrageous.

Best.Margarita.Ever! Who would have guessed we’d find it in Colorado!?! Seriously, the best overall dining experience I’ve had in decades! My friend just said «This is the perfect meal to end a great week.» We spent the last 90+ minutes talking about how fabulous the food, drinks, atmosphere, music, & location is. The bartender (Carl) has lots of experience in TX, but you can’t teach this level of customer service & friendliness. Tom & Kristina, co-​owners, are a combination of talent and vision. We loved talking to them individually about their stories, histories & dreams… Their Unilocal reviews were so compelling, with only 3 months since they opened (12÷7÷14) that we sought them out for our last meal before returning to the real world. We were surprised by the cozy seating area, surrounded by copper-​top tables and a bar along the back wall, that had this classy-​saloon feel.
The entire vibe was very Restoration-​Hardware-​meets-​Old-​Ranch-​House… Painted white shutters & wide trim… With peak-​a-​boo weathered-​wood planks over the doorways, an antler chandelier and other western-​y things. There is a 60 person L-​shaped patio that will be opening soon, with an entrance on 7^th St.
Word of mouth (Facebook, Unilocal,happy clients, etc) keeps things buzzing, but when everyone finds this gem (which took 2 trips around the block) I can imagine lines around the corner. Oh, did I say They had the best margaritas, made with a local Denver tequila & finished with a splash of brandy! Their Moscow Mules were also the best we have tasted… Beating out last years favorite in downtown Denver.
The menu will please the Foodie (them) and the finicky (me). Prices were appropriate and the portions were more than we expected. This is my new «undiscovered» spot in Glenwood Springs… But something tells me it won’t take long for there to be a line out he door.
