This is probably our favorite diner we’ve ever been. The staff here is terrific! One time when my home lost power, I walked here on a cold & damp day (about 3 long blocks). Without saying anything, the waitress knew I wanted a cup of coffee & juice ASAP! It’s these small gestures that gives you a homey feel & makes you wanna come back again & again. They make great & delicious breakfast foods at affordable prices.

Came for a quick dinner while out looking at Christmas lights. Boyfriend got meatloaf and I had chicken croquettes. BEST. I repeat. BEST. Chicken croquettes. They are homemade and delicious. Both of our meals were tasty and tasted homemade. We will DEFINITELY be back. Too many diners don’t have good homemade diner food anymore. The waitress was friendly and attentive.

The special here is a great deal. $ 2.99 for eggs, potatoes, toast, and coffee. A simple, homey, and delicious breakfast for mornings when I need extra fuel, but don’t feel like torturing my body by going to McDonalds. Not to mention, the staff here is so sweet!

As someone said — 5 stars isn’t just for white table cloths and 55 dollar steaks. This place is a diner. It does it well.
My fiancé and I went for breakfast on a Saturday — more at lunch time than breakfast time but they serve breakfast all day.
He had the eggs Benedict and I had a spinach and feta omelette. Both were awesome. The spinach was actual fresh raw spinach and it was so, so good.
Home fries are typical diner home fries and they hit the spot.
Service was great. The owner checked on us too.
More than reasonably priced too.
Planning to go back on a Friday to try the falafel which I hear is great.

I’ve become a regular at the Moonlight Diner. The food is great. The service is professional, and always pleasant. The prices are great. I meet a friend for breakfast usually every 2 weeks, no one rushes us out. The spankopita (Friday’s) is the best I’ve ever had. Everyone should check it out.

Cute classic diner. They were able to accommodate our party of 10 with no fuss. The waitress was so nice and and some guy who I’m assuming was the owner was enthusiastically chatting up all the tables including ours (he’s hilarious!). The food was good and the desserts hit the sweet spot. This is a great local spot with lots of regulars and friendly staff.

This is a great little stop in the Glenside area. The diner is clean and kept up to date. The food was very good. They offer the standard diner menu with Greek and Middle Eastern bonuses. Go on Fridays to try their falafel and other exotic dishes. Everything is fairly priced.
The service was great– friendly and attentive. This is the kind of small, local business you feel good about supporting

This is my first time here. It is easy to drive past because of the intersection where they are located.
My stomach is so happy right now.
If you love the classic Greek Diner like you find in NYC and Jersey, you know what I am talking about and you will love this place as well.
Homemade Greek, Mediterranean and American food.
And the biggest slice of their cheesecake I have ever seen. Also made in house.
Very friendly people, good service, good (really good) authentic Greek DINER food.
A place to go for comfort food. Great for families with kids.

Family of six on a Friday night. No problem with seating. Two, breakfasts, two gyros, a gyro plater, a chicken steak sandwich plus middle eastern apps. Everyone happy! Middle Eastern Apps, incredible… Imhave spent a lot of time in Turkey, and these apps/​mezzi were great.

I’m from Jersey, so I have been to my fair share of diners.
my girlfriend and I stopped in on Sunday morning for breakfast. Welcoming atmosphere, mainly couples, seniors and families with children. Owner /​host was very friendly and seated us right away.
Service was quick, efficient and very friendly. Both of us ordered simple breakfasts and everything was prepared to order and when we left the plates were totally empty — what more can I say?
Aside from the waitress, they have a gentleman who will refill coffee throughout the diner intermittently, which is a nice touch.
Last but not least, their prices are very reasonable. Other area diners would have charged $ 2 – 3 more per entrée for pretty much the same thing.
Overall, this is a very nice little place on a Sunday morning. There is no doubt that we will return again when we can.

Best diner experience of my 25 years. Quick service, super clean, reasonable prices, and most important: amazing food!!! Chicken was juicy, bread was soft, and the lettuce was so fresh I ate it off the plate when it fell from my sandwich. Also, one of the best chocolate cakes I’ve had in a while. Will definitely be back, and can’t wait to try other items off their menu.
