I stopped here for a soda, heading through the drive thru, and the entire experience took me 20 minutes from start to finish. I counted 45 seconds just for them to take my order at the box. No good!

You know what to expect. I don’t mind going here in a pinch but I hate going later in the evening when the day shift has left. They seem to confuse the orders all the time.

As far as BK’s go… this one is the best one I have ever been to. Bacon double cheese w/a vanilla milkshake. Very pleasant staff for as long as I can remember.

Why am I even writing a review on a fast food chain? Only one thing motivates me in doing this. This particular store has been responsible for helping a homeless, mentally ill man for many years! How? They pay him to take care of the property for them. He weeds and sweeps and other things on their property. They give him food to eat. Otherwise this is your typical fast food restaurant. I would avoid the drive through, it is faster to go inside. That is because everyone uses the drive through. I have only gone to this store because of their effort to help a man. I met the guy more than 10 years ago. I’ve told managers several times I only go to this store because of that.

I am a Burger King Fan, just not this one. I moved into the area in October, 2007. Since then I have given this BK about 10 tries. I will not complain about the food. They still provide the standard quality of fast food. It’s the service. The majority of time I use the«Drive-Thru». Every time I have gone the time it would take to actually order, pay and receive my food has been longer then any other drive through I have used. They are consistently slow. I would like to add that typically there are no more than 2 cars in the drive through so I do not believe its related to being«busy». I will only detail my LAST visit to give you an idea of the service. It was about 2 weeks ago(around 01÷04÷09). I ordered 1 Whopper meal and two Kid’s Cheeseburger Kid’s meals. There was no one in front of me so I pulled up to the window to pay. The girl at register had her back turned to the window and was doing what appeared to be «texting» on her cell phone. It took a little over a minute for her to acknowledge me. She took my money, gave me my change, closed the window and resumed staring at her cell phone with her back to me. I don’t know the entire time I waiting since I was not paying attention to the clock yet. I would estimate about 3 minutes went by. During this time I witnessed 8 employees. 2 of the employees responsible for tending the inside registers were hunched over, leaning on the counter with their elbows. By now another dirver pulled in behind me. He was impatient. After about 3 more minutes he started screaming«C’MON!». That is when I started to look at the clock. It had taken another 4 minutes for my food to come out. I don’t know if I am «nitpicking» but I estimate the total wait time to be around 12 minutes. I would normally not complain about that but its fast food. In closing… the whole time I waiting the girl at the drive-thru register was texting on her cell phone with her back turned to me. I will never go to this BK again.
