Worst pizza ever. Thin, not much topping, dry and burnt. Stingy and boring anti pasta. When I called to complain about the pizza, girl on phone did offer to give us another pie but I didn’t want one. Too late. Dinner already ruined. I offered to send a picture. Not interested. I asked for a refund and she offered the free pie again. When I said no, she hung up. Not only lousy food, bad customer service. Don’t go.

Romo’s has something special to offer our community. They are tops for providing a quality take out pizza in our area. I have been fortunate to order some slices just as the pizza came out of the oven. Stupendous. Their regular pizza is a slightly thicker crust pizza and it is definitely has garlic in it. Very tasty. BUT, they sell a fantastic Sicilian style pizza with the sauce on top. It’s called a Gracie Pie. I’ll be ordering Gracie Pie pizzas for some time now. Ordering right now!

We have ordered from here 3 – 4 times a month for the past several years and the pizzas are consistently good, with some creative topping choices available. It gets busy on weekends, but that’s the sign of a good place. Anthony, the owner, is there making pizzas most nights, and the rest of the staff is anyway friendly. Some of them know us by name. They also make good, crispy boneless wings in several flavors. I haven’t tried many of the other things on the menu because our kids always beg for the pizza. But when their newly expanded shop opens later this month, we will be there trying all the new menu items.

How have I not reviewed Romo’s Pizza yet? This is our go-to pizza joint in the area. If you like a thin, well-seasoned crust and fresh, generous toppings, you should try it. Is it the cheapest? Probably not. But I expect to hand over some cash for high quality food. Nomsayin? Their speciality pizzas run roughly $ 15 – 19, and a large 16″ pie starts at ~$ 11. They charge per topping, so that can add up quickly… but like I said, these are quality ingredients and they do not skimp. You’ll get every topping in each bite. I’ve never been disappointed with any selections we’ve made here. Garlic knots. Hawaiian pizza(theirs is ham, pineapple AND bacon). The Tomato Bacon Ranch. The 9W(broccoli, roasted red peppers, garlic, red onions and parmesan), the New Yorker(fresh sliced mozzarella… mmmm… with fresh basil), and even the wings are very good. We haven’t tried the subs or salads, but I’ve heard the calzones are also excellent. We typically get takeout because it’s quicker. Delivery can take a while at peak times, but they’re honest and accurate about when to expect the food to arrive. So, call well in advance if you’re one to get hangry. They have a small handful of tables for dining in; however, I recently heard a rumor that they may expand into a neighboring space. We shall see.

Best pizza and wings in this area. The staff is always friendly and take the time to learn your name and greet you by name. Their prices are reasonable.

Solid Sunday night pizza joint. Recommended by a colleague for takeout in Glenmont, we stopped in for their special Sicilian style pizza–«Gracie Pie.» Don’t forget your Statin at home because Gracie Pie comes dripping with grease so definitely pre-medicate! I know that sounds terrible but it actually works? It was a bit overwhelming for me but the sauce and the cheese definitely brought it all together. The buzz around the Gracie pie is the Sicilian style and the«sauce on top» feature. I felt it was a must try since it’s their signature and I’m glad I did. Although I’ll be enjoying their claim to fame sparingly, I’m excited to try their specialty pizzas like the BBQ chicken, chicken ranch and buffalo chicken(for my husband). The location is perfect for takeout/delivery or eating in, in the Glenmont/Delmar area. We stopped in on a beautiful summer afternoon with our pup and were able to enjoy one of their 2(or 3?) high tops outside. Also: fresh cannolis made to order! I didn’t get to try any because in true«me» fashion we had dessert first 8o} but they’re certainly on my list!

Romo’s is a family run business with pizza being its speciality. It’s a nice little pizzeria that offers really good pizza. The food tastes great and you will enjoy each bite of it. The pizza comes both in slices or you can buy the whole pizza. I have tried pretty much all their pizzas and I can tell, you will like the pizza no matter which one you pick. Saying that my favorite is the Mexican and the 5cheese. Tried the stake and cheese sandwich, it was ok(3⁄5), no phillycheese stake. I would stick with the pizza if you decide to give Romo’s a try. The staff are pleasant and welcoming. There is a lot of parking space if you want to have the food at Romo’s but you have to know their dining setup is not elegant(actually very basic).

I like their Sicilian pie very much. However, the regular round cheese pie is not so great.

Its one of the better places in the area. The sauce on the pizza tastes very fresh, and the service is good.

Romo’s has delicious, fresh sandwiches. Surprisingly, we’ve not yet tried the pizza, but we would guess it’s just as good. So, the sandwiches? Flavorful. Fresh. The bread is fresh and a nice change of pace from the anemic, thoughtless bread you often get with sandwich chains. These ‘wiches are crafted with care. It is obvious that someone put thought into the menu. The woman who works there most frequently is super nice. Needless to say, we’re pleased to have found this little sandwich and pizza oasis in Glenmont.

Big fan of Romo’s sandwiches. Britt’s Pick is our fave– chicken cutlet sandwich with provolone, lettuce, tomato and Russian dressing. Go get it!

Great pizza! It’s tough to find a good dough and sauce in this area, but Romo’s does it! It’s only 1 of 2 places I order from. Unfortunately, I can’t get them to deliver to Albany… yet!

Depending on the day the food is great or just okay, typically on a week night the pickup food is great! but on the weekends you can tell the quality goes down a bit the Bacon pineapple and ham pizza is to die for!

My wife and I recently moved to the area and we were looking for a place to get a «square» pie on a Friday night. I ended up picking one up on a Friday night. First thing I noticed is the kitchen was super busy. They must’ve had at least 8 people working. To me this is almost always a good sign — a busy place means decent food. Usually. in this case our pizza was actually really good. One thing that stood out was a really good sauce on the pie — not the usual flavorless canned tomato sauce, but a really nice and flavorful sauce. The only bummer is that this place doesn’t deliver to Selkirk. And also the plaza that it’s in is really hard to get in/out of on a busy night. We’ll be stopping back to try out other things from Romos in the future.

hands down the best pizza around! crust is great and the sauce is fantastic! i ordered an antipast salad and it was awesome, could have used a little more dressing but other wise fantastic! Prices were good, garlic knots to die for, and the garlic parm wings were the best around! if you try it you will like it!

Not *great* but much better than the local competition(Murray’s, I love NY, etc). And pretty good: decent sauce, especially. Loses points for not having a whole-wheat crust option; for having only tinned black olives; and other items around the periphery: but the core of crust and care, with decent toppings in general, is intact. A little pricy, and limited hours. Do NOT ask for delivery, though — it’s slow to the point that the pizza is generally cold.

The Sweet Red Chili chicken wings are great. But, they don’t include caret and celery sticks. It’s not even an option on the menu. Good Pizza compared to other Bethlehem shops. This is likely the best pizza that will deliver to my house or that’s within a short drive of my house. Not as good as Mick’s pizza in Cohoes. Antipasta was a let down. The Fountain’s take out Antipasta would be a better choice. They do have a large following on their facebook page:
