Fast and great customer service… They were friendly and had great people skills… We’re prompt and service with a smile…

Average fare for a chain. But most concerning is that their employees make comments about the customers, esp in the drive-​thru. We CAN hear you.
There are other places to get a quick lunch. Use them.

There’s this manager that works here and she’s incredible. There’s one car in front of me, and I waited for what was a reasonable amount of time. Upon pulling up to the window, she begins apologizing for the wait. I tell her that it was nothing. She insisted that I have a free medium sprite for my supposed delay. I said bring it on.
Overall, the food was good (which is typical) and the service was very good. I’m glad this is my closest Wendy’s…

Love this Wendy’s! They’re always super friendly and give fast service. Food is always hot and fresh and they’ve never made a single mistake on my somewhat complicated orders.

Wendy’s Hot ‘N Juicy Cheeseburgers have died an early death in San Dimas. Stopped in to this location the day after Christmas. I ordered 2 double Cheeseburgers fries and a drink. Sadly my Cheeseburgers were made with beef that had been cooked earlier and then sat in a «Keep warm» spot. Tasted flat, kind of cold, and not flavorful. Not a real Wendy’s Cheeseburger.
This is not the Wendy’s I am used to. I used to be able to see the grill and watch the grillmaster put fresh patties on hot metal. Now all that is hidden from view. And naturally this operator is saving a little time and money by cooking in advance.
It used to be that waiting for a Wendy’s sandwich was rewarded with a hot, but juicy, fresh sandwich. Not anymore. And the fries were lukewarm.
It’s strange. McDonald’s is trying to cook to order and Wendy’s is cooking and holding — which is what McDonald’s is famous for.
Very very disappointed.
Wendy’s must be encouraging this practice or the regional offices are not managing the operators. Either way they are destroying the brand that used to be known for the best Cheeseburgers of any fast food chain.
Wendy’s is intent on becoming an also ran. Might already be there. NOT HOT. NOT JUICY.
Verdict: go across the street to in’ n out. By voting with your money you will be teaching Wendy’s a valuable lesson AND eating much better.
Dave would be so disappointed.

Mamma mia, that was a long wait in the drive-​thru. Worth it, though, as the $ 4 meal box was what I’d call a relative bargain. Jr bacon cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink.

I ordered a jr. Cheeseburger from the value menu and when I received it the top bun was still frozen, and I also found a hair on the cheese.

Wendy’s is Wendy’s! Im guilty of it but I gotta have my bacon and fast food burger.
The location of this Wendy’s is nice, clean, and the surrounding environment is busy. It has in n out, cocos, a couple of car dealerships, and the 210 freeway.
All in all, glad this Wendy’s is here before I head out on a long drive.

The food is always good and fast and the place after remodel is so upscale for fast food and I love their new fancy Sosa machine! Great friendly staff here too

It’s fast food, it’s good tasting, probably not very nutritious, but the location is pretty nice, they have a lounge area to sit, nice booths and clean sitting areas.
Not much else to add about the food, except they added the new salads that are pretty tasty!

Ok here goes.
We don’t hardly ever eat at Wendy’s our order was messed up so we talked Tim the manager he was helpfull apologetic and a nice guy. Anyways based on local fast-​food issues in the area we will be returning customers. Thanks guys great job. Tim your the man.

We ordered the Baconator. We received a hamburger with half a piece of bacon on it. RIDICULOUS.

Excellent service. Food is good and this site has the drink dispenser with the option to add flavors. We come here often and the cashier is always kind and helpful.

Seriously it’s set up like a little café you’d find in Pasadena or LA
Beautiful booths, lighting, wood!
And what the heck a flat screen tv seating area with a faux fireplace and I heard some have fish tanks!
And I love the «custom» soda fountain machines!

This has got to be the fanciest Wendy’s I’ve ever been in. I seriously had to double take if I’m really at Wendy’s. Its set up like a café…
The food gets processed promptly. It has TWO of those billion flavor coke machines. Lots of parking. Nothing to complain about. No wrong orders, no grumpy people, and I’ve heard from my coworker that this Wendy’s drive through is real quick.

Super friendly staff. Got a $ 0.99 chicken sandwich and the pulled pork fries. $ 3 – 4? Both were pretty good :)

Went to Wendy’s last week and this place had a serious upgrade. The first thing I noticed was they switched the that. Coke machine that has the touch screen with various types of cola. The new layout if the place is very nice. The best Wendys I have been too.

FINALLY they have reopened. This location had a major renovation and looks pretty dang nice. All I ever want from there is chili. I am obsessed with their chili. Make sure you get hot sauce to go with it. The drive thru is fast.

I found a hard chunk inside my burger the other day. Spit it out and it was a hunk of paper. Gross.
