This place is disgusting. I will never be coming back. Got home and unwrapped my burrito and there was a long black hair wrapped around my burrito. I don’t have black hair and my hair is also short so it was obviously not mine. Absolutely horrifying. Get it together Taco Bell. Seriously?

The workers are horrible, they are not friendly wants so ever. It smells like weed everytime I enter this building, the one on route 66 is better I’m not coming to this taco bell anymore!

This is a great place to chill and enjoy the afternoon break. The food is really great. I always order the bigbox. I just love Tacos. I can eat this everyday!

This location is bad
The larger girl with short hair and tattoos who works at the drive-​thru window is very rude and obnoxious.
If you do come here, make sure to order inside and check your order before leaving.
Don’t use the drive-​thru as every single time my order has been messed up. Its really not that hard to listen and follow through is it?

Been going to this taco bell for years. It is always hit and miss, most of the time miss. 80% of the time they get my order wrong and I end up driving home missing food. Can’t wait for them to replace the $ 15/​hour employees with machines. If you absolutely must have taco bell, drive to the one in San dimas, it’s more consistent.

Bad service at this location, my fiancé ordered us food and the girl forgot to add on a menu item he ordered and gave him attitude about it once he realized it and went back to add that item onto a separate transaction. She had even repeated it back to him originally so she must have done something wrong but it was her attitude that bothered us. The people in the back counter just seem to be standing around not doing much, this location is not the cleanest and the food isn’t great.

It smells extremely horrible in here. It seems like the cleaning people are taking their dirty rags and constantly wiping tables with their dirty rags. my heart is mixing from just sitting here for 15 minutes usually the smell would go away but this is absolutely disgusting I can’t imagine what the condition of the kitchen in the may be in. I think someone needs to come and investigate this awful smell and the person in charge needs to get a write up or a possible termination.

I work at Mc Donald’s next door and i always come here on my ½ hour lunch breaks. And 90% of the time it takes 20min to give out my nachos and my burrito. Like seriously 20min for a nacho supreme and a burrito with meat cheese and sour cream. Really slow service and majority of the crew is rude

I submitted a complaint to Taco Bell corporate about a week and a half ago and have yet to hear anything back from them. I really wanted to refrain from writing a bad review on Unilocal because I believe in only running good reviews but I was really irritated after visiting this location.
My boyfriend and I came here for lunch and immediately when we pulled up to the drive-​through window the lady at the window had a rude tone. We tried to brush it off taking into consideration that people have bad days and we do not know what they are going through. We continue to order and drive up to the window. When we pulled up the employee did not have a smile on her face was not welcome mean and it was just an unpleasant experience.
When we got home to eat our food it was another disappointment. We had order the nachos and added guan and sour cream and was charged for it. This was not on our nachos. Also they were very messily made, the cheese was all over the lid and not on the chips. We also got a quesadilla and the cheese was barely melted. However the rest of our food was very tasty!
When I called the store to speak to the manager I let her know of our problems and it almost felt like she was more annoyed than willing to help. When I told her about the extra charge for condiments her reply was «well what exactly do you want me to do?» I would’ve appreciated her taking control of the situation. I let her know that I would appreciate the nachos remade next time I came in how I ordered them. She said no problem, which was nice. When I let her know about the unpleasant employee she just said «that’s a customer service problem and I’ll handle it.»
I guess overall my experience just was not great and I would’ve appreciated if it was handled in a different way. Also writing into corporate and not gain her response was just irritating. It’s safe to say I will not be visiting this location again. I still love Taco Bell and will be going to other locations.

Today I went and it took a while to get my food as I went through the drive thru and the lady who was there was very nice apologizing for the wait saying it will take awhile cause there short handed and when I got my order I realized it wasn’t all there and I completely understand everyone makes mistakes I work in fast food and know how crazy it gets and I really wish I knew the lady’s name but she apologized for the inconvience and you can tell she was going crazy cause there were busy but she kept her cool and treated all the customers nice and she has great customer service. Good job saying sorry really does mean a lot and there lucky to have her working there.

Oh my… Taco Bell really needs to stop cutting corners by using nacho cheese in place or normal cheese in many of their deals (including breakfast burritos). I know regular cheese is more expensive for them but come on. I went to taco bell last week and ordered «1 sausage breakfast burrito», and it was filled with gobs of nacho cheese in it instead of regular cheese. Is that normal? To use gooey nacho cheese in breakfast burritos without presenting the customer with an option of cheese we’d like? Please see the mathematical equation below:
Nacho cheese sauce + Scrambled Eggs = Very gross experience
I took one bite, gagged, and threw it away. It was only like a $ 1.50 loss, but it still bummed me out because I was down to my last 20 bucks til payday, and it was all I had to eat until 2pm that day. I have had other positive experiences here, but that day sucked. Stay away from the breakfast burritos, or clarify what cheese u want when you order one.

Better than the TB on Arrow in San Dimas. Employees are quick and clear, the food is also excellent. Rarely do they mess up an order and they are not stingy about hot sauce or toppings.

Went here as a last minute lunch option. It was a bit difficult to understand the person talking through the intercom but in the end we were able to get our order in. The parking lot was a bit dirty which gives me a bad impression especially since the place on that particular time and date wasn’t busy.
I ordered their smothered burrito and a fiery taco. I wasn’t surprised by the smothered burrito and the box that it came in was a bit dirty on the outside. Oh well, I guess that’s what you get for fast food that is saucy. The fiery taco was ok. Not as crunchy as I thought it would be. Not sure if maybe the shell was stale or maybe I was just turned off by the place itself. I also didn’t get any napkins =(
Still want taco bell? Well there is others near by. maybe you will have better luck in those.

3 words= Cool. Ranch. Tacos.
I didn’t care too much for the Nacho Cheese Doritos Taco.
But as long as Taco Bell keeps selling them Cool Ranch Tacos, I will be a fan. And once they stop selling them Cool Ranch Tacos, I will pass and forget them like before. lol So never stop selling those Cool Ranch Tacos, Taco Bell. Cause if you do… You’ll probably lose tons of fans.

The food is okay. It’s standard Taco Bell stuff. The people who work here though? They can’t get orders right. I have given them several chances and they have screwed up my order too many times. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other local locations.

14 minutes to get a salad? I was the ONLY person in the place at 6:25pm.

Taco Bell food is Taco Bell food. It’s the same everywhere including this place.
This place gets PACKED on the weekdays during lunch time because of the nearby schools. But I must say that even when it’s jam packed they get the food out quickly and correctly.
The staff is super nice especially during those hectic times.
