Never met a more rude manager in my life her name was MARIA she was grumpy had an attitude she was also constantly talking to another employee but I bet if any other two employees were talking she would have a problem with it since that’s how EVERY manager is. Also the whole time I was there it seemed as if she was depressed and miserable. Quit if you don’t like your job honey!

I don’t give Any stars but apparently I have to give something for this to post the worst Customer service ever. The Manager Grettal is rude, I think the company needs to do a better job hiring managers and employee’s. I don’t know what gave store clerks and managers the idea that treating customers like that is ok.

I would give them zero stars if it was an option! The WORST customer service!!! I wanted to exchange a shirt my son got for Christmas and I didn’t have a receipt. I was told there was NO way I can do this, then she went on saying how she just got off the phone with«the regional manager» and she was told there was no way to do this. I had just came back from Macy’s and a couple more store from doing the exact same thing and I did not have a problem doing it. I will not be purchasing at Children’s Place anymore, their strict return policy does not work for me! Sorry Children’s Place, you just lost a customer!

Worst CP’s I’ve been too. They have the worst customer service in this location. All the staff are grumpy and have an attitude. No one acknowledges you when you are in the store. They will pass by you and say«excuse me» and walk by snd not greet you or hand you a bag. The place looks like trash from the middle of the store to the back of the store. Come on CP, you need better staff! I hate coming to this place. P.s — to the cashier who is currently pregnant, you need some training on customer service. You need to learn to greet your customers with a smile and be helpful. Dont give attitudes to all customers in line. You had your friends wait in line behind me and as soon as you gave me and all the people in front of me a shitty service you then greet your friends with a big smile and a loud greet«well hello how can I help you» I wanted to smack that smile off your face.

Shoppers we award. The children’s place the store has discovered a great way to cheat you out of refunding you items if you don’t have your receipt and received a gift. Visited this people last Friday to return some items which were received as a gift, they ran my returns and said to me we can not give you store credit because your transaction is not going thru. I asked why they told me they are not sure I have to contact an outside agency which I did. I even called from the store they were not able to give me an answer as to why this did not go thru. The person I spoke to told me I can go back in 108 days and return the Items. I asked the person will they be returnable in 108 days he said no. I called from the store and spoke to the district manager her name is DANAIANOURANI. after speaking with her for half an hour she was not able to give me any answers. So I am kind o desperate if any lawyer of someone out there is reading this please let me know how is this legal and what is going on with these thieves. I even have the rejected receipt and it does not say anything about using an outside agency. Mrs. Nourani do you have better answers for me.
