I’m not happy w the customer service today I came to get a latte venti n she gave me a tall latte there is a big different in what I asked for n after that they start talking about my mom n I. I work for customers service n I know how hard it is but some ppl doesn’t know how do customer service

Where do I begin? I love the service here. Most of the baristas here know me and get my order quick. Prescila, Daniela and Naomi are the best. They have my order done when I walk in and are very helpful. 10 across the board!

The baristas here are slow!!! Placed a mobile order so I can just walk in and grab my drink but it wasn’t ready when I got there. And I still had to wait over 10 mins (from when I got there) to get my drink :(
They also didn’t have the toppings for my chestnut praline latte… fail!

Made the mistake of going to this Starbucks one early morning last week, between 530 and 6am Their drive-​thru is the only reason I didn’t go elsewhere. Big mistake. I ordered a large tea and got a cup full of water that had a slight red coloring… they didn’t finish brewing it and I didn’t catch it until I was home. 4 bucks wasted.
Also, the guy who helped was a bit rude, it was more like what do you want, than what can I get you? Dude, if you’re not a morning person, maybe don’t work the morning shift @ starbucks!
This place was always a bit weird anyways weird vibe and as I see other reviews Im not alone so defn pass.

My drive thru barista today was the most on point guy ever. Legit turned my whole day around just with his vibe. Idk your name man but you’re killing it

Came to try the new toasted graham latte. It was okay… nothing spectacular. A little sweet for my taste but I really can’t expect much from Starbucks. Pumpkin spice latte still remains my favorite latte from here!
The girl who took my order was really nice and pleasant. Just the wait at this Starbucks took longer than what I’m used to… Probably because of the endless drive-​thru line of cars. I don’t blame the staff.
Note: there aren’t too many tables on the inside if you plan to come here to study or read. You’ll have to catch it during off-​peak hours.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to! HANDS DOWN! All of the employees have such a bad attitude, especially «Jazmine.» She didn’t even ask what she could get for me, she just gave me a blank stare. Also, when I asked her for «extra, extra caramel» she raised her eyebrows up as if I had said something wrong. MAYBE that’s how I have to say it since every time I come and I say extra caramel you guys just add a tiny slither of NOTHING! The employees are so unprofessional, one of them with looooooong black hair kept screaming «staaaaaahp!» at her co-​workers. Wow just crappy!

I’ve been here a couple times because it’s the only drive thru on the way to work. And every time I go, they ALWAYS pour short. I added a picture to show how my drinks always look.
The first time I just thought it was new, so it’s ok. The second time I gave it another chance. But this being the THIRD!
If you want to pay for a full drink but get half of what you pay for, this is the Starbucks to go to.
So I came here again to give it another shot, and it’s still crappy. I guess they don’t read our reviews. Drinks are still low. I had to go back into Starbucks to tell them. Then they gave me a new one, AND ITS STILL LOW! not only that, I ordered a sandwich and it looked like they just threw it in the bag. It was a mess. I’ve written a review and like I said, I guess they don’t read it because nothing has changed. It deserves 0 stars but unfortunately I can’t do that.

Most inefficiently run Starbucks. You have 8 staff members running around or standing around like chickens with their heads cut off. One barrista manning the drive thu’s drinks, one barrista for the customers who wait FOREVER for their drinks inside the store… why? You have 2 machines that can easily have a barrista each for those of us who have to find parking, then wait a loooooooong time in line to order and wait again on the one barrista to get our drinks. Wtf?!
I used to manage one of these stores when I was 19 years old and even then I could have figured out what to do to ensure that people didn’t have to wait long. My store was in a very busy corner mall on the Westside, this store is nowhere near as busy and this is what we have to endure.
One thing I must say, the staff is in great spirits in the morning. Probably because they haven’t a care in the world about the people in a hurry to get somewhere. Kudos.
I need to stop going to Starbucks, I know. It’s just plain gross. Coffee is nowhere near the caliber it was when it first opened. Convenience though, it has become the McDonald’s of the coffee world. Just. Plain. Gross.

I always come here for coffee before work, and they used to get my order right every time, which is expected because i always get ICED COFFEE WHICH IS NOT THAT FUCKING HARD TO MAKE!!! This is the 4^th freaking time that they have messed up my damn order in the past month i am so upset with this establishment! Never coming here again thanks for nothing starbucks!

This is my usual Starbucks, or rather the coffee shop I go to the most often, mostly because of their drive-​thru and how convenient the location is to me.
The drive-​thru lines are almost always long, it never fails me… yet I still choose to sit through it and wait. Go figure. Anyway, I don’t usually go inside unless I have to, but it’s your standard Starbucks. Nothing is visually different from any other Starbucks I’ve been to.
Today, while doing laundry next door, we decided to walk over to grab something cold to help us cope with the scorching heat. We decided we wanted to try some of their new drinks: red velvet, cotton candy, cupcake, lemon bar, cinnamon roll and caramel cocoa cluster. All frappuccinos. Obviously we couldn’t make up our minds so we got all of them in the new MINI size they have, no whipped cream.
This is my opinion and my taste buds, everyone will have a different experience with the flavors so please take this with a grain of salt. I’m rating 1 – 10:
1) Red velvet: 5. To me this was whatever. It has small chunks of chocolate in it but I wouldn’t necessarily get this flavor again, nothing special about it.
2) Cotton candy: 4. I was expecting a little more but it was pretty boring.
3) Cupcake: 4. Same as the cotton candy, boring.
4) Lemon bar: 3. This was my least favorite but the barista who helped us recommended this. I personally don’t like lemon bars but someone who does might enjoy this.
5) Cinnamon roll: 8. I would order this again if they keep it on their menu.
6) Caramel cocoa cluster: 9. This one was my favorite. Just yummy. They added whipped cream to this when we asked them not to. We didn’t make a big deal about it.
The barista accidentally charged us grande for all the drinks when they were MINI. I didn’t notice because I never pay attention, but they came over and told us about it and corrected the whole issue which I thought was really kind on their behalf. Not a lot of places would do that.

Taste of my caramel macchiato was amazing up here! Thanks Joe! Minus one star for not too kind cashier. Could be a little friendlier. But the taste of drink is so good, that it definitely deserves 4 stars from me. Also nice location with drive through and tables outside

I was in Glendale really early in the morning to get my car fixed at 7:00 AM. So I needed to get a cup of joe right before I head to the dealership. This came up on my Unilocal app and it was open. This Starbucks has a drive-​through but I didn’t do that. I just parked my car in the parking lot and walked a few feet to the door.
The inside is pretty small a little bit tiny in my opinion. I wouldn’t really want to stay inside here to study or anything like that. But there weren’t anyone here at that time. Most of the people were using the drive-​through.
Got my Americano with extra shot of espresso. It still didn’t do the trick though. I fell asleep at the dealership waiting for four hours. LoL but I think the coffee tasted fine to me.

Best starbucks ever! I kinda wish I could take this starbucks and switch it for the one name se where i work… I went in after taking my manicuring exam at state board up the street it was about 11 am? Don’t remember exactly but Natalie took my order and she was awesome! Super engaging and friendly we talked about how the Starbucks by where I work always messes up my name so I decided my new name would be Optimus Prime she wrote that on my cup and it was awesome! Lol Starbucks should hire more people like her: D

This Starbucks has a drive thru and private parking lot. I usually park and go in, it’s quicker than the drive thru line most mornings. Friendly baristas, standard sbux fare and drinks. Overall a good location.

This is the worst Starbucks I have been to in Glendale.
I’ve had a few issues here and there but today marks the day where I vow to never return to this location.
Today I ordered two green tea fraps, one (tall) regular and one (grande) with no whip, no sweetener and skim milk. I know that my «complicated» order may make me seem pretentious, but their job is to make my drink to my liking. They made the regular green tea frap and poured it into two different sized cups. Because of this, one of the drinks was 80% filled. I didn’t want to complain because I was with my little sister who had to get home to get started on homework. But I don’t get why my drink couldn’t be made the way I asked, the place wasn’t even full, we were the only customers.
Also, my sister was very upset about her 80% filled drink. I regret not having said something to the workers, but I doubt they would have corrected the issue, they didn’t look like they wanted to be there and I really wasn’t in the mood for a confrontation.
Long story short, this place employs workers who are lazy and won’t make your drink correctly.
