I love this Starbucks. They know my order by heart and are always very nice. I may not be able to redeem rewards here, but I still get points for buying drinks. The store is always clean too.

I think this location just changed management. I have been going to this store for 5 years and always had great service. Now there seems to be a small click of girls who would rather stand around and giggle at each other and give customers dirty looks than do their job. AAFES needs to do a double check on employees. So disappointed.

Is Starbucks locations because I like your coffee there service atrociously abysmalz at this location don’t expect good service nothing that any other starbucks does is ever done here a2 minute order at a regular starbucks can take 10 minutes here unprofessional conduct by employees walking around behind the counter carrying your purses when you’re not even wearing a Starbucks shirt or uniform

Very disappointed by rude customer service today. The cashier Parthena seemed overwhelmed by the long line. She didn’t seem to know the new items on the menu that I ordered and was appeared annoyed with me. After the transaction, she did not give me my receipt nor my sandwich. So I took my receipt and proceeded down the line. The cashier then said loudly to the other barista «she (me) took my receipt» very angrily and in front of other customers. I said «I’m sorry, I took it because you proceeded to the next customer.» She said very loudly and angrily, «the receipt belongs to me.» I had to come back and ask for my sandwich, since she didn’t give it back to me. Very disappointed by the way I was treated. I usually don’t get rude service from other starbucks. I will make the extra trip off base for the exceptional service I typically receive at the Starbucks on camelback and dysart.

Our Baristas rock, we love to put a smile on your face when you come in try our new drink Vanilla Macchiato, creamy milk with the silky vanilla sauce topped with fresh brewed espresso shots can’t get better that this so common by !

Small Starbuck’s franchise right next to the entrance to the Main Exchange. Friendly staff who make terrific lattes. Place is small with a couple tables but always clean. Rest rooms are in the corridor a couple doors from the Starbuck’s. See you there sometime?

Not a big fan but Tax free yeah! Off base has more selection and you can find deals. Unless your buying a high price item i would shop elsewhere. The lines get bad so don’t be in a rush.

I come in the evening and the crew is always so welcoming. They take the time to know the customers, though at times they get real busy but they keep that smile on their face. The place is small and is not like other places but the crew makes me want to come back even if its just to sit down and chat.

Nothing spectacular, nothing awful.
The Starbucks inside here was having a Half off Ventis thing going on so that was nice. I found a book I’d researched online just sitting on a shelf at a little bookshop on the way out. Well, my boyfriend spotted it and bought it for me, but I made up the difference by getting him a Venti half priced. ;)
