I just stopped by through the drive thru to get a frappuccino and a sugar cookie. When I ordered the sugar cookie, the employee sounded confused and said they didn’t sell those, but I knew that I had gotten one at that location before so she checked again and surely found them. I think perhaps the employees should have better knowledge of all the items. Also, she ended up handing me a caramel macchiato instead of my frappuccino, then I had to wait outside the window for another 5 minutes to let her know.

I’m updating my previous review to show that this Starbucks is still not at the top of its game. I ordered a peach green tea and when I got to the window she asked if it was OK that it was a peach green tea lemonade. I said no. She called over her headset in a very rude way that I said no and then replied yes to the person on the other end. That made me assume that the other person complained. When I received the drink she said nothing to me. No apology, no have a nice day or anything. Oh, I’m sorry that you had to make the drink that I actually ordered. I wasn’t aware that I’m suppose to pay for a drink I didn’t want and just be ok with it.

Slowest Starbucks ever. Seriously it’s faster to drive down to Dysart and McDowell. Waiting 10 mins so far for a regular coffee and there is no one else here. I only come here when I am desperate.

Awful, I just got a Carmel macchiato and it taste like vanilla milk. It has no coffee flavor and this isn’t the first time I’ve gotten a drink I was disappointed with. It really sucks when your paying so much money and your drink taste like crap.

I regular this Starbucks because it is by far the closest one to my house and we sometimes need to get out of the house and get some air. I have several complaints about this location: 1. The have listed on their door, Unilocal,website, and everything else on the internet that they close on 10 on several different days. It varies on the day, however in reality they close at 9:00 every single night without fail. There is no signage about this. I have talked to the baristas about this 3 times and each time they mention it as a mistake, but 5 month there has been no change. 2. The interior isn’t well furnished. It doesn’t look bad, but they don’t make good use of the room available. 3. Their staff is generally slow, lazy, and unprofessional. I often have a tough time ordering and paying at the register. The tables are almost always dirty(especially outside), every night there is a group of employees outside the front smoking. This usually start an hour before close and continues until an hour after close.

The service at this Starbucks is usually very slow and the lines are long. However, my coffee is made exactly the way I order and taste good. In addition, to good coffee Starbucks has delicious pastries if you need a snack. I really enjoy grabbing a cake pop or two to go. Not my favorite Starbucks but it will do in a pinch.

The drive thru line is always long! They always make my drink wrong after I repeat it 5 times to them. The manager is absolutely rude and needs to move on to a different job title because she does not know how to manage customer service. Get it together Starbucks!

I’m a Starbucks frequent and I never take the time to write reviews but this location has seriously gone downhill. I go everyday in the evening before work and everyday I have waited over 15 minutes or more in the drive through with at most three cars ahead of me. How does that happen? The guy at the window is so rude and last week after placing my order and answering all the questions to exactly how I want it made, he then says to me «can you repeat that» while he was laughing. I don’t expect five star service but I do expect some kind of level of basic respect. I’d rather drive down to the one on 99th and camelback and wait in their insanely long line where I still get good customer service and speedy service than deal with them. Disappointed they let such horrible customer service go on for so long.

I can’t believe this can be happened on Starbucks as a well-known chain company. I ordered a Venti Spice Root beer with«no ice» drink today. The guy who made the drink said he can’t make the full cup drink for me since I ordered«no ice». The drink he gave it to me was almost near half of the cup(«and still with ice»). He said in order to give me full cup drink he needs to charge me $ 2!!! My experience with other stores they gave me was not full cup either but there was with 1 or 2 inches gaps to reach full cup which is understandable and reasonable. But half of the cup!!! Otherwise you need to charge me $ 2!!! Do you treat customers stupid?!! Any written policy on Starbucks to allow them to do that? Or this is ripped off!!! When I ordered Venti and it should be Venti. In order to make«REAL» Venti you need to charge me more? !!!This is ridiculous. I think the store is better to clarify your policy and make this right. You guys need to give me explanations. I also sent out the email to your customer service too!

The big downfall about this Starbucks location is they are both crowded and slow. I have no idea how or why this location draws so many people, but there is frequently a long line. Along with the long line, the servers are kind of slow. Sometimes they’re friendly, sometimes they’re not so much. Outdoor seating. Always get my orders accurately made.

This is the best starbucks I’ve been to, and trust me I have been to a few. The drive thru here gets pretty busy so you gotta hope that you get lucky and catch it when its quiet. The workers here have always been friendly and they crank the orders out pretty fast. I like to get my breakfast sandwhich and a drink in the mornings. I wish this place was 24 hours so I could come by after my late night workouts.
