Buyer Beware. I purchased a brand new LG French Door RefridgeratorFreezer. It is black stainless steel. I noticed a small dent. That’s when the run around began. I purchased a four year warranty which is meaningless. I was told to call the salesman. Then my salesman Mr. Charles Jones read me the riot act. His comment was you accepted delivery. The dent was minor, and stood out when the light shinned at the freezer portion. I was informed the LG RefridgeratorFreezer should have been thoughorly examined when delivered. This RefridgeratorFreezer cost $ 2,900.00. Yet their concern was disgusting. They were fine before getting paid. Now they feel they are in the drivers seat. If satisfaction is not resolved by tomorrow I will contact my credit card company and stop payment. My last refrigerator is 30 years old. «NO DENTS». This is a manufacture defect. Now Spencer’s expects the customer to live with a damaged RefridgeratorFreezer. BUYER BEWARE!!! Please inspect with a fine tooth comb when doing business with Spencer’s. BIG DISSAPOINTMENT

The store alone was okay. The usual salesman jumping on us as we enter. Problem started when we went to pick up the washing machine from the warehouse. I approach the counter hand over the sales ticket, they ask for my license I show the guy, he says I have to make a copy of your license. I say no you saw it, I don’t want you to make a copy. He leaves to get his manager, the manager says if i am harrasing his employees I can shop somewhere else and then starts spewing foul language at me. He looks at the paper and says is your name Rhonda? I say no she is in the car. Then he gets bent even more out of shape and calls the store while in the office yelling obscenities. Finally get the machine loaded and go home. Wife calls spencer’s and asks to talk to the salesman that sold us the machine, he is busy, she tells the person on the phone what happened and he said sorry. No callback from salesman. No more shopping at such a bad customer service store
