I absolutely love the girls at this place! Monique and Lauren and great! They are extremely attentive and super sweet. My treatment didn’t quite turn out as I hoped, but I would go back for other services.

I came in couple of days ago with severe irritated skin from a product I have been using. I had the chance to meet with Lauren, who took the time to thoroughly discuss the condition of my skin & really get to the core of my problem. She then gave me a soothing facial to help calm the redness & severe dryness that was going on. I Left with my skin looking and feeling 100x better than when I walked in. The products she recommended I use are showing great improvement so far. She was also kind enough to follow up with me the next day. I’m glad I walked in to this place. She truly is passionate about what she does. I will definitely be making this my new local spa.

Second visit here, and I’m really loving it so far. Front desk is always kind and helpful. Lauren is a wonderful esthetician who has a true passion for what she does. Consequently she is very knowledgeable when it comes to skin (addressing & assessing issues, taking care of them, and related general questions). I’m already seeing improvements in the overall texture and tone of my skin, and I’ve been dealing with dry, red, sensitive, and hyper-​pigmented skin for more than a year. The PCA products are amazing as well!

Everyone here is super friendly, & very professional. Lauren (esthetician) is very sweet and thorough, and really customizes my facials & peels to address my concerns. Lyndsey (massage therapist) does a great medium to deep tissue massage, and Rick (one of the owners) goes above and beyond to make you feel taken care of. Dr Donato (chiropractor) is great also, and gives wonderful adjustments! Marika (front desk) is super nice & friendly! The office is very nicely decorated, and is truly a peaceful and supportive environment!

I love this place! I have been going for i-​lipo and the body wrap and I have to tell you I have been in shock I have dropped 3 inches off my midsection so far and I have only done 5 or 6 treatments so far. The staff by far is so very professional and accommodating. They really truly care for their profession and their clients. Thank you Lauren, Marika, and Dr. Vince. You have all been so awesome. Lauren is the best Esthetician I’ve had by far. Thank you!!!

This place is the best! Lauren is my absolute favorite esthetician. She gives the best and most thorough facials, my skin looks 10 year younger! She’s super patient and knowledgable and was able to answer every last one of my questions .
In the past, I was prone to break outs after facials because my skin is so sensitive, but never when I come here, always perfect!
The girl at the front desk was so friendly, helpful and accommodating, too!
And I love their text message reminder and confirmation system.
Out of all the places in LA, this is my favorite for microdermabrasion or any medispa needs!

Flor is an amazing esthetician! She truly gets black skin and understands the intricacies of hyper pigmentation. She is passionate and continuously attends new product training classes to stay on the cusp of new products that are out there. I highly recommend her! I also see Jennifer — wow, talk about dynamite comes in small packages, she is the real deal. When she was assigned to me on my first visit I thought I am not sure if she would be able to work through my back issues. I have never been more mistaken. She gets right down to business and knows when to add or release pressure so that often times I end up drifting off. It is a good day when I make it to Primo!!! It is a very well managed spa and they don’t keep you waiting around… prompt, courteous, professional, clean!

Lauren is the only esthetician I want touching my face, forever. Here’s why Lauren rules: sweet and friendly; loves her work and totally committed to doing an outstanding job caring for you skin; knowledgeable about the products she is using on your skin, and she truly loves them; will walk you through every step of the process and the expected result; a confident touch; wants you to have the best facial experience ever.
When I received my first-​ever peel, she listened to my concerns (too harsh for my sensitive skin, didn’t want to walk around for a week slathered in glistening ointments, didn’t want a lot of visible peeling) and took every precaution to make sure I got what I wanted out of the peel. She even followed up with me a few days after, like she said she would, to make sure I was happy with the peel. I totally was.
I should add that she uses PCA products, which I’ve fallen in love with. Simple, targeted treatments that work.
So, go see Lauren! Your face will thank you.

Came here on a Monday night and they were very accommodating as I was a few minutes late for my appointment. I came in for a massage and am definitely looking forward to continuing to come here. I am scheduled to have a facial this week and am very excited as I’ve heard very good things about it!

The staff here is absolutely incredible. Primo Medical Spa is such a classy spot, with professional service from start to finish. So glad that Unilocal helped me find this gem in the heart of Glendale. As a first timer, I got a wonderful massage that really helped loosen the knots in my upper body. I am soo glad I found this place! I was referred to Primo Med Spa through a friend and made an appointment because my skin hasn’t been in the best of shape lately. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly staff. Lauren was my esthetician. Lauren is extremely passionate about helping you achieve your skin goals. She gave me a quick consult, told me exactly how the procedure was going to be like and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I have done many facials, peels and microdermabrasion sessions in the past at different places and they have always been really aggressive, yet never achieved my desired outcome. I’m already in love with my skin after a peel and facial session and can not wait to see my next improvement. A huge plus is they use an amazing brand called PCA that I fell in love with the minute I purchased and used their products. They also have tons of different services, including Chiropractic, Massage and over 15 different facials.
I highly recommend Primo Med Spa and Lauren! Thank you guys for saving my skin and putting me on the right daily régime.

I went in for massage, adjustment and facial & was treated well. The estheticians, massage therapists & chiropractor are all pleasant to be around. Id recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice alternative to a crowded day spa. Plenty of parking!
