This place was so much better than any other tanning salon I have been to! Very clean, very relaxing atmosphere, super friendly staff, great prices (including way cheap Groupons, watch for them!), and they offer way more salon services than I expected. Lash extentsions, hot yoga, hydrotherapy beds, and lots more. I really enjoy coming here, it’s a great experience. I don’t know why I didn’t check it out sooner! I will be back again, and again, and again.

I love this place! I come in at least 5 days a week! I do their Hot Yoga, I am down 12 pounds in 8 weeks! The staff is awesome, and VERY professional! I recommend Planet Beach to all my friends! Come check it out! You won’t be disappointed!

I love to write great reviews but as a single mom beware of their contracts. Get copies of everything! I signed a cancelation and somehow was turned into a freeze. I talked several times with Donna and she was literally unwilling to listen, called me a liar and then after I ask her to please mail me copies of everything but she wasn’t charging my credit card, she charged it anyways. Donna charged it as a one time charge and as if I was there. Given a written notice in person, email, verbal will not end this contract. Beware. Never give them a credit card of any kind. They just continue to charge it, claiming you owe it. The bank/​MasterCard had to step in and report them. Robyn and Donna yikes! Beware! I was terrified to go back in face to face after her 14 phone calls back to back, after I asked her to not call me but send me everything in the mail.

Great, affordable way to pamper yourself! Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was paying for individual services for the last 6 months but just love it so I decided to purchase a membership so I can use as many services as I want a month. I’m addicted :-)

This place is great! Love the infrared sauna, red light facial, and hydration machine. Great place to escape for a ½ hour for a massage, facial treatment or even tan, all included in a single monthly fee. In 30 minutes I feel so much better, and I’m doing something good for my body. You can even check out the services for free. No pressure to sign up. The owner is very friendly and is constantly adding improvements. Highly recommend!

The girls on staff are sweet and knowledgeable, however, they don’t make up for the pathetic customer service given by ownership. I just wanted a nice place to tan, boy did I pick the wrong place to go. I agreed to pay their rather large fees and signed a contract. I fulfilled my 6 month agreement and canceled my membership, then on the last day of my contract they ran my credit card! I called and spoke to one of the girls. After she spoke with the owner, she called me and told me that since my card had been ran I could use them for another month. If I wanted to keep going there I never would have canceled my membership. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I should have known better when they got the contract out on day one!!! These people will scam you with their so called contract. Now, I am tanning at a great place closer to home and half the price.

What a great way to treat yourself. Detox in Sauna, vapor mist facial, various body massage treatments!
I pay monthly and feel that I get more than every penny’s worth.

I had the opportunity to go back here and I had a way better experience. I used their new Mystic 2014 HD booth. I really liked the results. It left me with a super nice, even bronzed look. I would highly recommend going here to use this booth.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave me great suggestion and even though it was my first time at their location he made me feel comfortable in using the spray tan machine. I didn’t go in with the expectation that it was gonna be a professional spray tan, but overall it was worth what I paid for it

Wow! Went in to tan and found out this place is a spa! They even let me try a spa service free! Must try the red light for the body and the hydration machine. Massage bed is awesome too! Love Love Love!!! It is all amazing!

I have to say this place is not what they advertise.
I thought I was going to get a facial and a massage and it was all machines.
No real people and the machines suck.
Then you had to buy a ridiculous membership to try the others.
What happened to real therapist?
I wouldn’t recommend this if you want either.
