I purchased a third party coupon for Planet Beach for services that were not honored by the manager. The facility is dilapidated and I wasn’t impressed with the level of service provided by the manager. When I called and was trying to explain my situation, she started speaking to someone else in the middle of my sentence. I’ve tried several services here and although the staff has been nice and friendly in the past, I won’t return because of this experience.

I am absolutely addicted to this place! I love it. Walking into the spa I was kindly greeted and informed on everything the place offered which was WAY more than I expected. I’m normally not one for spa experiences but the atmosphere here is so comforting and the staff is very helpful so it made it easier to get relaxed. I leave feeling refreshed and at peace. I highly recommend Planet Beach!

No one can see this right? Hey sometimes I just wanna pamper myself don’t judge me! I love the services. I have medical issues that the red light therapy works wonders on! I am naturally brown but in the winter I turn a shade of yellow thanks to planet beach that never happens anymore. Sometimes I like to go in after the gym and get a massage and just relax!
