Service was«amazing», got greeted sand sat down really quick by the two hostesses in the front. Then waited 30 minutes before we left because we never received a waiter, waiters kept passing us by, the manager kept walking around asking everybody if the food was good but never acknowledged us. The place was empty for a Saturday afternoon/evening… By far the WORST service ever!!! Not coming back here ever!

Was really looking forward to visiting this place and unfortunately was really disappointed with food and wait times . While waiter was extremely nice and apologetic, checking in often and offering to comp for some of our dishes, the food was just plain awful . Party of 3. With call-ahead our Mother’s Day wait time was 54 minutes. After we sat down, we waited another 48(!) minutes before we got our order on the table . We’ve ordered their two tilapia plates and a crab/steak combo one, each in upper teen $($ 17-$ 19 ish). I really want to say that food was worth the wait, but it so wasn’t. Both tilapia plates came with overly dry and way over-salted piece of fish fillet, and some large pieces of steamed vegetables on the side. One of the plate had pieces of(ground?) seafood placed on top of tilapia fish. Third plate seemed to have been done okay. The quality of preparation and presentation was worse than a school lunch in a poor urban neighborhood :/ To summarize, I’d never again want to wait nearly two hours to get such poorly made food for that price, no matter how nice and apologetic the staff is(I felt bad for them) . Cocktails we ordered were quite nice — that’s about the only good thing about our order. Overall, Outback has really dropped the ball on our Mother’s Day lunch.

Haven’t been to Outback in so long so I decided to try it again with friends. The service is 5 stars but the food is just okay. It’s not the kind you’ll crave & want to come back for. They over cooked my steak and was salty. The blooming onion was tiny & the lobsters with my filet was so small! :(The house side salad was a great portion & loaded baked potato was delicious. Tip! — park at the market place garage then go to the 3rd floor & cross the bridge. Easier to get here. Also free parking for 90mins.

Its been awhile since we’ve dined here and things have changed. Very nice service and dining area but our steaks were served lukewarm. I was starving so I went ahead and ate as is. 60.00 later I was not satisfied.

The steak here is mouth watering and extremely delicious. My go to meal here is The Victoria Filet Mignon, broccoli and mashed potatoes! The service is always excellent. The wheat bread with butter is always presents and I can’t forget how BOMB the blooming onion is

It’s what it is. Highly corporate chain type restaurant food. Expect a great staff of employees. I have been here a handful of times and I gotta say the staff is awesome. Waiters, bartenders, managers, everyone meets and exceeds customer service expectations. But the food is just bland and boring. I had a steak in the past and it was flavorless. Dry(even though i got medium rare). Unseasoned. My shrimp dish this time around was boring and plain. You’re gonna pay a lot of money for boring food. Expect it at this place.

My first time at Outback. It was bloomin Monday, so we got our free bloomin onion by saying«bloomin Monday!» And with my birthday free dessert email, got a free dessert! Pretty awesome service! Got myself a medium rare filet with portobello mushroom! It was really good. Their prime rib and porterhouse was really good.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant and I must say it was good. The bourbon bacon sauce that they offered was very good on my sirloin. They also had their Texas version Mac n cheese! Very cheesy, the only disappoint was their hard root beer float, it was advertised as an adult version, thinking it jag alcohol. Nope, none! I did really enjoy that it wasn’t too busy, especially since it was considered dinner time around 6pm. Stag was very good and attentive, couldn’t ask for more.

Pathetic ! It’s Friday Jan 22nd at 12.30pm. I walk in and the host ignores me for about 2 minutes which was weird because there was only about 5 people in the whole place. Finally I say table for one. She says 10 to 15 minutes wait when there was nobody in the place. I asked why such a wait when there is only a few people in there, she responded with an attitude because my staff is busy so I basically walked out. Didn’t get to taste the food but if the food is cooked like the lazy staff I won’t be coming back. Went next door and spent my money there. Outback is normally good but I’d keep away from this one. I feel sorry for the family of 6 that were also told to wait(remember this is 12.30 on Friday) they are probably still waiting as the lazy staff can not Serve more than 3 tables well at least that’s what the host thinks !

bone in rib eye steak medium well is my new favorite steak made with the wood fire grill and outback does it great job with it and very consistent quality + blooming Onion and all the beers on tap or very nice. I love the October fest beers.

Food was surprisingly good. Blooming onions is always tasty! What wasn’t so good was the annoying balloon lady going around in the restaurant to tables with kids and pretty much forcing parents to tip. I saw this occur on 2 occasions; she came up to the table and excited the children for balloons, and after making a balloon animal, told the parents she did take tips and can even take a credit card! WOW people are there to enjoy dinner with the families, not to get looted. Pretty unprofessional for a restaurant, I won’t be coming here no more.

After living in Glendale my whole life I finally decided to come here with my family. I’m not really a fan of onion rings so I thought I’d hate it but everyone loves it so I had to try their bloomin onion. I fell in love! The seasoning on it was so tasteful and delicious! Honestly just having 1 plate of this is not enough. I ordered baby back ribs with a side of baked potato, comes with sour cream and bacon. The ribs were finger lickin good! I finished the full slab so it was THAT good. The baked potato was really good too, not much to say about that. And yes, I’d go back!

I won a $ 50 gift certificate from a fundraiser some Kiwanis club had back before Christmas. I haven’t been to an Outback in a long time so wasn’t sure what to expect. I was a bit concerned at first as it is a Sat night and there was no wait at 6pm. But 15 mins later it was packed, so just timed it right! I have to say the food was really good. I had filet and lobster with a potato and steamed veggies. Everything was done perfectly and it was very tasty. I had a glass of merlot with dinner and it was a decent Napa merlot. The staff was extremely friendly, competent and on top of things. My benchmark for everything is «will I come back»; and the answer is yes!

One crazy night we decided to go outback… not for steak but for lobster tails and calamari. Yum yum. It was my very 1st time here and I got the impression this place was similar BJs. Unfortunately us 1st timers were placed at a weird table between a wall and fairly close to a family of 3… akward!!! I marched back upfront and asked the sista and Mr hot shot to seat us somewhere else. We were redirected to the booth next to bar which was great as we peered on at the Lakers game while waiting for the food. Waiter arrives but can’t help but notice the glance… I think he likes me. Out comes the strawberry lemonade fulfilling my girly sweet desires. Go ahead you can look honey but you can’t touch. The glances continue throughout the entire time im there. At times I avoid him by peering at my phone or the menu indicating no desire or interest at all. Calamari comes out. Doesn’t quite meet my expectations though. It’s not fresh n crunchy enough. This could be better. Next the lobster tails wiggle themselves onto the table. I swear I had only one bite. Like my dad said once: «taste like rubber and shrimp.» Ooh dad you were right. The garlic burps were a curse never again shall I have this. It overpowered everything else. One tiny bite can be so dangerous. The veggies were fresh and yummy as well as the mashed potatoes. The chica that worked upfront aka«sista» is now seating a couple. I couldn’t help notice how she was checking out this guy in front on his girl. Lmao. She has a bit of Sassy-Ness 2 her. You can tell people who have to act nice because it’s their job. I would hate to know what she was thinking at that moment. I love reading human behavior. Outback I gave you a try. But not quite sure that you excite me. So I maybe going«Infront» instead of outback!!! I love your view from the second floor peering out towards Bloomingdales shiny building and Americana’s blinking sign. Now that was priceless. And I give you some credit your indoor lamps above booths were fancy I loved those more than the food. Many guys working here… take advantage girlies.
