Absolutely the worst place to buy glasses!!! If you want to end up with a used pair of expensive glasses that you pay full price for, This is the place to go.
I purchased a pair of gucci sunglasses. And when I got hm and opened it. They were in a dented up case and had two scratches on the lens! I was pissed to say the least!!! So $ 300 and a scratched up used pair of sunglasses later, I called immediately and of course they were closed. The next day I went in and was told there’s only a return if nothing is wrong and only for store credit! The unhelpful person working there then told me I would just have to come back to see the manager the next day. Which I did and again she is not in! After asking who the owner was? I was told that there was no owner. That’s it’s a corp! So I went home and looked a little online. And I found the owners a private dis. out of Nevada. So tomorrow I will be calling out there to see what info I can get. But also I was still told the manager will be in tomorrow. This place is a joke!!! And I advise any one DO NOT GO HERE!!! SCAM ARTIST!!!

DONT buy glasses from a company that dosnt stand behind what they sell. dont buy from a company that closes locations. i spent over $ 3000. on glasses between my wife and myself. when i purchased them i was told you dont need a reciept, its in the computer. when glasses came in i couldnt even see through them. i had to make 3 trips to get them right. the manager was fired. i called to get my glasses fixed because of a defect and they didnt even to see them all i got was the warraanty was up. stay away from these places. go to lenscrafters they stay in business and lissen to you and offer solutions, alh
