600THREVIEW! YAAASSSS! And almost to 365 written in 2014, too! 2014 Unilocal365CHALLENGE — 315⁄365 This review is for REGINA! Make sure you get her to help you at Optica because she seriously is THEBEST! I have lusting over these specific sunglasses for a few months now — the DITA Heartbreaker sunnies. I saw a girl wearing them and as soon as I saw them, it was love at first sight. I had never even heard of the brand DITA before, but I knew I had to get my hands on them. After doing some research, I saw that they were only sold at Bloomingdales, and some boutique glasses stores all over LA. After visiting several Bloomingdales locations, I still had no luck. And then one random day I went to the Glendale Galleria, and happened to casually glance over at Optica while walking around. I saw a sign in the window listing the brands they carry, and DITA jumped out at me. I wasn’t expecting much since I had bad luck at stores I had already visited, but I decided to check it out anyways. Optica is a pretty small, boutique-style glasses store. It’s like the same size as Sunglass Hut or Solstice. I walked around looking for the DITA eyewear, and then a sales associate asked me if I needed any help and immediately directed me towards the holy wall. I was mindblown. They had the largest collection of DITA eyewear I had seen… including THEGLASSES I WANTED! Praise da Lord! I pointed them out to the lady and asked if I could try them on, and she got really excited because she apparently really liked those ones too. I put them on and I instantly fell in love. They were absolutely perfect, other than the outrageous price tag. I was freaking out that I finally found them after looking for so long, but I was hesitant about buying them because I wasn’t planning on buying sunglasses worth several hundreds of dollars at that moment. I felt guilty buying them because I wanted to get all of my Christmas present shopping out of the way. I liked that Regina was so personable, friendly, and helpful, and HONEST when it came to selling me these sunnies. She talked me through the pros and cons with me and wasn’t pushy or obnoxious or anything like I have experienced with other sales associates. I eventually ended up buying them as an early Christmas present to myself, because I just don’t think I could have easily walked away from these beautiful glasses. Regina even gave me a little bonus which was SO sweet of her! Overall, I had such a great experience at Optica and walked out with a smile on my face. I finally found my dream sunglasses, and I had some of the best customer service I’ve had in awhile. HIGHLY recommend going here if you are looking for high-end glasses, especially with small boutique brands that are harder to find. REGINAISTHEBEST!

Definitely not for the poor. This place is super expensive when it comes to getting frames. But the quality is outstanding I guess you get what you pay for. I found 2 Tiffany & Co frames for my Rx lenses that were both 50%. off. So they do have some deals depending on which style & brand they have on sale at the time. One originally priced was $ 460 the other regularly priced was $ 325. The associate who helped me was Eric & he was super nice. His suggestion & honest opinion really helped me to choose the right frames to fit my face shape & lifestyle look. I will return here in the future for sunglasses as they have a wide selection of amazing brands including my ultimate favorite Tiffany & Co.

I’ve always gotten my sunglasses from here. They have such a great selection compared to other bigger stores. Always loved their trendy selection! I need to go back! It’s pricier than most but well worth an investment since you are talking about brand names!
