Came to update my insurance information. Arrived around 845 and was assigned J586. I sat here for over an hour and have not had any J series called. When I asked the supervisor she expressed that she’s doing the best she can and only has a few people in staff. There are only 6 windows open out of 22. Either the DMV needs to hire people or get their staff and structure in alignment to ensure better efficency.(Update after an hour and a half a J series number was finally called J581, now only 4 more to go. Hopefully it doesn’t take another hour and half in between each J series)

Terribly ran establishment. If the mvd would take but 1% of the money they make from people and invested it into a more efficient waiting system. Not only would people be happy. But also the employees. Who seem to not care about their Jobs one bit. They lack any incentive to get people what they need and get out. If they could make a simple online waiting system and maybe a way to allow us to rate their employees, and based on their reviews give them maybe a small bonus or something as such, would give them a incentive to actually do their jobs. Maybe that would make everyone a little happier and make the mvd more efficient.
