MILKYWAYHOLDSTHEWORSTONLINECOMPANYEVER. I ordered two phone cases for Christmas presents and i realized i ordered the wrong size for one of the cases. That was my fault, but when i went on their website to see how to exchange the phone case for a new size, it said that we have to contact the company first. Okay, fair enough. NOPE! They were so horrible at getting back to me. I still didn’t even have the phone case yet and it was a little past Christmas. Once when i got the phone cases i was actually very disappointed to find out that the prints on the cases seemed very cheap. I got the Macaroon one and some sort of white design on the other. The phone case with the white design looked TERRIBLE. It was all blurry and not how the picture looks. The macaroon phone case was cute… but it felt like the print was glued onto the top of the phone case or something. So anyways enough about their quality. i am not exaggerating when i say this I literally emailed this company 4 times before they finally answered. and when they did they were trying to make it up to me and said that i can just get a new phone case without having to return my ugly looking case that i got. Okay, that was nice … but lets just say the case is sitting in a drawer right now. So i told them the case size that i wanted and a new print. To make the long story short, they email me back after SEVERALTRIESOFGETTING A HOLDOFTHEM and they say that my address is incorrect in their system and thats why it took so long for them to ship my new phone case out. FIRSTOFALL, how could my address be incorrect in their system when they mailed me two phone cases not even almost a month ago. My address was fine then? That makes no sense. Do yourself a favor and get a better quality phone case. This online site is horrible.

I love the cases here! They are all super stylish, unique, and slim(so your phone won’t be really bulky). I recommend this to anyone looking for a unique case, but it’s not like it’s going to protect your phone as well as some other cases. Overall, love it!

THISREVIEWISFORTHEIRONLINESHOP. They got my order wrong, I wrote them two separate emails. No other way to contact them, and no response at all. Is it worth road tripping to Glendale to visit their store to get a refund? Probably not, especially because they’re cheap cases. But MAN, talk about being as evasive as a fart in the wind. No bueno, Milky. So disappointed in you.

I placed an order on November 28th for two cases. My credit card has already been charged. I never received a follow up email that was supposed to arrive and confirm my order. I actually just sent them a request for delivery time 2 days ago, and have not yet received a reply from that as well. As of right now, I’m very disappointed with the customer service. I’m not sure if I’m going to cancel my order or wait for it to arrive. If I don’t receive within the next 2 to 3 business days, I will cancel regardless of how pretty their cases are.
