I’ve been going there for two years now, and everyone is lovely. If you wait until September you are going to wait a long time. The best time to go is second week in August so you won’t have to wait. But if you wait until Sept. you will have to wait. Since in most cases you will only have to go once a year, you should do it a little early.

This is a terrible company, I can’t understand how they stay in business. The clothes are like cardboard, scratchy uncomfortable. The online site is slow, cumbersone, incompelte and impossible to decipher sizes. Shipping options are unclear and snail slow, there is NO such thing as expedited shipping. But don’t even think about going to the store unless you have hours and hours to wait and lots of patience for an untrained associate.

I was here today buying my daughters uniform and the line was long to wait for an associate. My Uncle went to restroom that was located by the far right side exit and returned and I was still on line. After they finally helped us. We waited on a long line to pay for our items. I also came for a pick up. They couldn’t find my pick up and accidentally filed it under someone else’s name and argued with me about a receipt as if it was my fault. After the associate finally calling a manager to find my pick up he searches on the computer the«Internet slows down» so they can’t complete transactions and or look up items that have been ordered. Through all of this their communicating with each other about the technical difficulties instead of communicating to the crowd what’s going on… after waiting for so long we finally are able to purchase the rest of our items and they finally find my misplaced order. No apology or anything for the inconvenience. After we leave my uncle then learns he was charged twice Smh. All it took was a simple consideration for the customer… thank you for shopping, we apologize for the wait but no nothing. I’m a supervisor in retail so I know how it is, & how the customer shopping expierience is always the number one factor.

I come here 2x per year to get my kid’s school uniforms. The best time to shop is in mid summer –July. If you cut it too close to September, you can be sure to wait for hours to get the things you need. Make sure to bring your kid along so you know everything fits for September(I learned this the hard way!) In the summer at least, many of the staff are high school/college students and are super friendly and helpful.
