Class One Arboriculture

We have a sickly avocado tree so I called Class One because of their high rating in Unilocal.James answered the phone and in just a few minutes, after giving him my address, he was looking at my tree from a Google street view of July 2015. I told him the tree was more leafless now and I’m worried it’s dying. James asked me to send him some photos. I gave him my email address, he emailed me, and emailed him back with some pictures.
Within 15 minutes James called me back. It seems that when we had sprinklers installed several years ago the workers probably cut some roots and the tree has been trying to keep up. He made some recommendations and said to see what happens in the spring. Just knowing there’s hope for my tree is comforting.
I could tell right away James has a lot of expertise. If I ever need assistance in the future, either by phone or on site, Class One will be my first call.

James did a great job on our trees. I’m pretty clueless when it comes to things green but I knew our trees needed attention. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the species of trees in our yard and knew exactly what each tree needed to thrive and keep our yard beautiful.
He got the job done quickly and effieciently. Our trees look great and are thriving. He does an excellent job of giving practical advice regarding watering and maintenance of the trees to make sure they stay looking great and allow you to use the yard space the way you need.

James of Class One Arboriculture did a fantastic job with my trees. He called me back promptly and scheduled a visit. He came out to do the visit himself after a miscommunication about the date. Not only was he able to help me figure out what was absolutely necessary that get done with my trees — he did it himself and he did it quickly that day. James at Class One helped me in my search for a tree for my back garden. Not only was is he extremely knowledgeable and creative in his suggestions but he was also very quick at responding to my calls and emails. Highly recommended!

I first contacted Class One a couple of months ago to advise me on 3 birch trees that I hoped could be saved. Their certified arborist Jonathan told me that 2 were dead, and the 3^rd could not survive. Their roots had been mangled during the construction of a koi pond. I asked them to come out in July to remove the poor tress.
The guys came yesterday and did an amazing job. My biggest concern was the koi pond directly underneath these 30 foot trees. There was a climber and a ground man on the job. They had the trees down in a very little time, and I don’t think even a twig got into the pond. I fully expected to see large branches crashing into my fish!
Then, they chopped up the trees on the ground, hauled them out, and left the yard in perfect shape.
And, as they were able to do the job much quicker than anticipated, I was pleasantly surprised with an invoice today that was much lower than initially quoted.
They will come out again in the fall to plant another tree or two to replace the birches.

My backyard now lQQks great. Class One came and cleared out some dead pittosporums saving more than I thought possible! Also worked on an elm and a giant bird of paradise. The result is a graceful style of foliage, not Chopped or Hacked. Knowledgeable and reasonably priced they also did a good clean up. Thank you!
