Miss Thea is a lovely teacher! Sweet but firm, she knew exactly how to inspire and engage my son when he was young. Now that he is older and moved on to other things he will still go to the piano to learn new songs he hears. My husband heard him picking out a Tom Lehrer tune and said, That was the best investment we ever made.”

My daughter has been having lessons with Miss Thea for several years and we all enjoy it so much. Steady, effective encouragement, goals and recitals, it all just works.
We look forward to the lesson each week and a calm few moments for Dad!
Each week we get an example of what we are capable of with practice, commitment and guidance from the right person.

Thea has taught my daughter flute for 10 years. She is a very patient, inspiring, and knowledgeable teacher. She thoroughly explains concepts and kindly corrects bad habits. My daughter has an incredible tone and extremely quick fingers thanks to Thea’s fabulous instruction.
