Worst chipotle branch. First of all, the customer service completely sucks. The lady who served me put half the amount of each item I asked for so I asked for a little bit more thinking she’d understand that I’m not going deal with her stinginess but she literally put 3 more extra pieces of chicken. Let’s not forget about how BLAND all the items were especially the chicken. It seemed unseasoned. I think the management should seriously learn how to up their game and keep customers happy because there are obviously many customers who’ve had an unsatisfying experience here and they’re not only going to continue losing business.

What a terrible mistake I made coming here. I should have read the previous reviews. Now that my experience was terrible, I showed up here to read what I had just been through. — Food was cold — Portion was half of what it normally is at any other Chipotle — Asked for hot sauce, didn’t get it — Wasn’t asked if I wanted anything to drink — I was rushed through the line because it’s all about keeping it moving I’ll visit Chipotle again sometime in the future, but I will avoid this location FOREVER.

Just like everyone else before me… I LOVE chipotle. At the sight of a chipotle I become your typical basic bitch. This location turns me off completely and rubs me the wrong way. Today was the nail on the coffin for me. I waited in line to get a few tacos and they were serving an employee before me… and they took their time making her burrito I wasn’t acknowledged or anything until they started making my food. For some reason the register person started taking orders and I ended up waiting again at the register before they got back to where they were supposed to be. I was all around unhappy with the lack of energy/sense of urgency and I will take my chipotle business somewhere else.

I love rap. I love rap with profanity. However, I don’t find it appropriate to be blasting in an open kitchen where kids and families walking in the mall food court can hear it. It looked as though the employees had just hooked up their iPod to a speaker. I doubt it was the corporate-approved playlist.

If there was no star I wish I can give no star. Worse customer service. 5 people working and 1 person who is server, 1 lady at cash register. A Hispanic male worker giving a male customer samples of meat, rice, veggie. Waited over 5 mins and still waiting. A white employee put his gloves on-i thought he was going to help me so I told him I wanted a steak burrito bowl. First thing out of his mouth was oh, that guy is going to help you not me. Still waiting and by now I’m pissed. I ended up not ordering and walked to my friend. I went back to Chipotle and asked for the manager. I spoke to the manager and he didn’t bother to apologize at all. The only words out of his mouth was uh huh, yeah, I will talk to them.(Oh BTW as i was talking to the manager the white guy is actually working in the server area). If anyone goes here, be ready cause you will be treated like crap. Racial discrimination at this chipotle because your not white or hispanic. Never coming here ever again.

Let me start off saying that I love Chipotle. This is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. And they’re consistent with the shittiness of their service. I work near the mall, so I walk there pretty often. Every single time I go, they are either out of something or trying to charge me for something that I’ve never been charged for before. There’s another chipotle on Brand, go there!

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. They were completely out of guacamole when my friend and I visited around 5:30PM(as in absolutely no more), out of fajitas which they said would take 15 minutes to make(but my other friend who’s an employee at the Glendale Ave. branch says it takes only 5 since they just cook them), wrongly charged him for extra chicken when they barely had put a scoop in the bowl, and don’t even get me started on the attitude of the employees, who are slow(so your food is freezing by the time it’s ready), and blast obscene music filled with profanity, as the employees themselves cuss all over the place to eachother! Obviously do not take any customer feedback. Now, I listen to my fair share of profanity-filled music and definitely use profanity, but I thought the mall was a family-oriented place with children and whatnot, but I guess parents will be more than ecstatic for their children to learn some new vocabulary! Don’t waste your time, gas, or money. Go to the one on Glendale Ave.

I love chipotle in general. This one is a joke though. Service here is a mess. It’s not just bad, but the people who work here are so disorganized and insufficient. There was no lettuce and no guacamole. They were out in general. Probably due to poor management. I don’t expect much from chipotle, but this one sucks!!! It definitely deserves 2 it’s overall 2 stars, but it should really have 1.

For those Tl;Dr people: NEVER come to this location. Where do I begin? Okay. I’ll start with the awkward lining. There’s a Tokyo grill clerk constantly yelling at every single person in the line not to stand in front of their counter(the awkward exterior makes it almost impossible not to, though) to kill your appetite right off the bat. I’m not even going to mention about their slow workers and why they wouldn’t hire more hands to alleviate the situation. I’ve been a Chipotle fanatic for past 5 years or so, and I’ve never seen one that charges for extra cheese. If they’d like to charge me as I would stack a tower with cheese, it’s totally okay. But charging for another handful of cheese isn’t. If you think I’ve gone too far, try to think of an instance where McDonalds charges you if you want to get more ketchup for your fries. Plus, the meat is served stone cold. Unlike any other Chipotle, this place do not have Tabasco on the counter top. I do understand this is to prevent the delinquent from stealing them like how some of fast food restaurants have cashiers serve sodas for you themselves — but if they’re going to serve a DASH of Tabasco, I don’t even know why they give it out anyways. Like. Literally a dash of Tabasco is all they give you. I didn’t even bother asking for more as they could have this potential to charge me again for getting more stuff. If you have any other Chipotle near you, go there and never even bother thinking of coming here. One star is too much for this place, I’m still researching how to rate a negative star on Unilocal just for this damn place.

5 Stars for listening to us health conscious consumers! They use quality meat with animals fed non-GMO feed. They buy a lot of their ingredients from local businesses, buy meat from ranchers that responsibly raise their live stock in humane environments, their avocados, black beans, brown rice, cilantro, jalapeños, oregano, and pinto beans are all organic and lastly, they are working with their tortilla suppliers to reduce and eventually eliminate artificial preservatives from our tortillas. I went to Chipotle’s website and I found out that you can build your own meal online and it creates a nutritional facts calculator real time! I weigh my food, count my calories and watch my macros so having the flexibility to build my meal in advance to meet those requirements was an absolutely amazing feature! This way you are 100% in charge of your nutrition and can eat as good, or as bad, as you wish. Great idea Chipotle! You just earned yourself a fan. Aside from that, the they have a «to the point» selection of items, but definitely enough to taste good and mix things up. Like the In N Out of Mexican food. To the point and delicious. This particular location almost never has a long line, its located in the Glendale mall and has plenty of indoor seating available.

For the love of Chipotle, would you PLEASE give us more than a few tablespoons worth of meat?! I understand if it’s your own private restaurant and you’re not doing well, but for a big chain like Chipotle inside of a mall like Glendale Galleria, please do me a favor and give more meat to your customers who are spending around 9 – 10 $(more with chips, drink and Guacamole). It’s come to a point where I had to tell the worker who served me that he’s ‘got to be kidding.’ I was then charged for EXTRA chicken even though that amount would be considered normal for most Chipotle chains, For a few bucks more. oh WAIT, with Guacamole added to my bowl, I am paying the same amount as I would at a Mexican dine in restaurant. There’s definitely something wrong here. Either get a manager/owner who isn’t cheaper than sh*t or lose A LOT of customers, who believe me are ranting at the same thing…

Wow I can’t explain how unprofessional this place is! I’ve been standing in line for more than 5 minutes. when it is my turn to be served, the employee apologized and said that the close at 7pm. I tried to explain that I’ve been waiting for a while and I shouldn’t be leaving without food. The manager came out and vouched that their closed since it is 7 pm. My boyfriend and I tried to explain that we’ve been in line for a long time and should be served. But the manager was threatening to call mall security because my boyfriend said«This is bs.». The manager said«you said bs and that is cussing at me and disrespecting me.» I think chipotle needs to close their lines if their«closed» and not have a bunch of people waiting in line not to be served. Wish I could put 0 stars for these fools.

Visited here with a friend for lunch. In the past I’ve been to many Chipolte locations and they were just«OK». Although it looked normal for their chain I docked a star because they made my burrito a bit smaller then I expected plus when I asked for extra salsa THEYCHARGEDME for it? Gee… in my past visits elsewhere with Chipolte I’ve never been charged for having my salsa on the side OR when asking for extra? Sigh… so I was mildly disappointed — and thu they are given 2 stars to start.

Although I prefer real Mexican food, sometimes I’m in the mood for a Chipotle. I usually get the barbacoa burrito. The meat is flavorful and the burrito is huge and hearty. I like that they have a nutrition calculator on their website so you can calculate the calories of your personalized burrito. Chips and guacamole are good!

Been here a multiple times now, each time the service was great. The employees have always been efficient(including during busy times), kind, and even funny! I’ve never had to ask for extra anything– portions have always been perfect. I love that they actually fill the salsa cup up all the way!.. I must say this has to be the worst location I’ve encountered. I work at the galleria so this is not my first problem with this place Portion is not distributed correctly if you ask for ‘a little more’ they want to charge you a extra fee!!! You can’t even mention more because the staff gets a attitude or says no that can’t be done. Last time I checked if a customer asked for a small portion it’s just given. I will never buy food at this location ever again.

I’m a fan of chipotle but this location isn’t up to par! They skimp out on the portions and some of the employees are childlike/don’t wanna be there. If they don’t care, why should I care to go there?!?
