Came here super hungry but need to eat lightly before our concert at Alex Theater and was greeted and welcomed by this guy.
I was to order for to go but ended up dining in.

Sadly the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I walked in and there were 6 people «working» behind the counter and they were completely out of almost every type of meat, rice etc. I was told it would be 5 – 6 minutes for steak. It was 15 minutes. I love chipotle but this store needs some serious reorganization.

If you want to know my feelings on Chipotle watch John Oliver’s bit on it. Chipotle pretty much doesn’t vary from place to place in terms of quality and offerings, which is a good thing. That also means I am not really going to spend my time talking about the food here.
This chipotle can be hit or miss. They aren’t ever really busy when I come in, so the interested stares when I walk in can be a little overwhelming.
What bugs me the most about this place is that they are consistent on the amount of food you get. I do the burrito bowls. Sometimes the bowl is overflowing, other times it seems half empty. The ingredients can also be uneven in their quantities. Too much rice, too little guac, etc.

Surprised this has some negative reviews… C’mon guys… This is Chipotle! Don’t you know what it’s going to taste like? Anyways… This is one of my favorite Chipotle locations because the staff is super friendly and this location rarely has a line.
Chipotle tip: Ask for extra rice, extra beans, half and half of 2 kinds of meats and you’ll get more food fo’ free! Great calories for the money playa

I walked in to Chipotle and they definitely have very nice employees. Since I came around 11:15, the food chafing trays were just filled ½ way. They still had what I wanted to order so I got the following:
3 hard tacos with white rice, barbacoa, mixed veggies, cheese, hot sauce and lettuce.
I never had an issue with Chipotle so whenever I see a Chipotle and I’m craving for tacos, I’m there.

I arrived to Chipotle tonight and upon entering, the entire staff greeted me effusively by saying «welcome» and it was not forced at all but felt entirely genuine. I told the girls behind the counter what I wanted for my burrito and proceeded to have a nice conversation of the holiday before finishing up with paying for my meal.
This is the kind of service people should get and that I love hearing about so I thought I would share.

It’s almost comical how little food this place gives you. I ordered the Tacos and whatever ingredients you ask for, they give you tiny microscopic portion. I asked for pinto beans and you could count the beans they spread across the tortilla. You get about 11 or 12 beans. I thought she was joking with me at first to get a reaction. I asked for cheese and she put 3 or 4 strands of cheese on it. It was that ridiculous. Management has their employees well trained on not giving out any more than a half an ounce for any single ingredient when they are building their tacos. It’s worth the drive to go to Baja Fresh if you want a decent portion and better quality meat.

The chicken was cold, corn salsa was practically frozen, and the guacamole was BROWN. Not just brown but tasted like its been sitting for a while.
My coworker and I stopped for lunch expecting a tasting meal from this chipotle. They better step it up a notch before their stock prices drop even further.

Didn’t eat anything all day Tues Nov 17, then had a steak burrito bowl. It was the only thing I ate all day. That night and today, worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. Did anyone else get good poisoning here?

Their steak burritos are not edible — very tough & chewy, yuck. Paid little over $ 8 for a very bland and low quality meat burrito.
So many better places to get good burritos in Glendale. Service borderline indifferent /​not friendly.

People can be really picky about their Chipotles. For some reason, the brand’s population seems to be really devout about which ones they go to, and how their burrito/​bowl has to be made perfectly, down to the last grain of rice.
Anyways, I don’t eat much Chipotle but did want to try this one out since it had just opened. It’s closer to me, which is neat — a short walk away even. Everything was on point. They were short on meat selection since it was near closing time, but I don’t mind going with my alternative choices.
The service was good, and the layout/​ambiance is cool too.

What is with all the Chipotle these days.
They hardly serve you any food for what you pay.
I ordered for a veggie bowl.
While making it I told the ingredients like brown rice, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, corn, mayo etc.
But the bowl was not even half filled at the end.
I had just less than one spoon of beans, less than one spoon of rice and the toppings hardly weigh anything.
I have had bowl earlier and used to always fill my tummy but these days almost to all Chipotle I go, its almost as if I ate nothing what is wrong with you guys, why I we not getting for what we paid.

This is a new location which might be the reason there wasn’t a line to order. The Chipotle we previously went to on Glendale Avenue is always busy, so we’re glad to have one that’s closer and isn’t as busy (yet). It’s a nice addition to the neighborhood for a quick and inexpensive bite. They have plenty of seating on the inside as well as small tables and chairs on the outside.
It’s a Chipotle, there isn’t much else to say.
There’s free parking at the Glendale Galleria or free (1 hour) parking at Americana if you can’t find nearby street parking.

This location had a «soft opening» the other day and I have to say – free chips & free food really sways my review! The staff was really nice even though it was a ticketed event.
This is right next to my workplace so needless to say, my coworkers and I are super excited to get our Chipotle fix within steps. A much-​needed addition to the area, especially with Tender Greens being a bit pricey for an everyday lunch. Docking one star for the fact that they kept pushing back the opening date, but I guess everything had to be perfect for their «Burritofication»; hope they stay efficient and friendly!
