I JUST DONT GET IT!!!
I ordered an online E-Gift Certificate for my God Daughter’s birthday… Instead of being instantaneously delivered (like most e gift cards are), it takes 24 to 48 hours to process and deliver by EMAIL?
This is copied directly from the website:
«Charlotte Russe E-Gift Cards are delivered immediately via email and can be used right away… exclusively online. It’s just what every girl wants – instant love!»
Nowhere on the website does it state that it takes 24 – 48 hours to send an emailed gift certificate. I had to call customer service for this information!
I could have driven to every Charlotte Russe in Southern California!!!
I will never shop this store online again. What a disappointing waste.

Charlotte Russe has a mix of clothes that I really like and really hate! But there are always sales!!! Some of the sales racks may seem overwhelming to look through but it’s worth it if you find a great deal! I love how their workers are very friendly and helpful. They had a buy one item get a second for $ 10 so for only $ 60 total I got a $ 50 formal dress (suitable for a special event like a ball or prom! A great steal already!) and a dressy casual dress (priced for ~40) for $ 10! They also had a sale on jewelry and accessories that was 2 for $ 10. I got a mix of gorgeous faux pearl, gold, diamond and jade bracelets. So happy with my purchases! :)

always shop here because i like their jewelry. their prices are lower compared to Forver21 lets say. sHOES ARE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE ! customer derive not as good kind of not helpful either and you have to wait for a while until someone appears in front of the dressing or fitting room to open it

Bright and neat store.
Bought a pair of comfortable coral sneakers for $ 12.50:).
Liked the colour very much it just pops a casual outfit!
Shall look out for Charlotte Russe in other states or other parts of the world.
If you like the Aussie Temt or Valley Girl stores, the clothing at Charlotte Russe has a cooler edge and there’s an extensive range of patterned sneakers.
Unexpectedly visited the store in June 2013.

Awesome store! Best service ever. I rather make the drive just to go here then to go to the one closest to my house. I walked into this store, told the employee what i was looking for and my size. She sent me to the fitting rooms and brought over exactly what i wanted in every color. she gladly went back and worth to get me what I wanted. Fantastic service. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
