Love that the Glendale Galleria store is open again(on first floor right below their old location) but a little sad that it is a bit smaller than before.

I came in just to look around and try some Of the massage chairs. There were a few staff working but there was one specific employee that stood out. His name is Michael. He was the most friendliest, knowledgeable and nicest employee I’ve ever come across in any retail environment. Even though I wasn’t gonna buy anything I ended up buying a back massager just because he was so good at his Job and made me feel like I had to just coz of my his service! Michael is awesome!!’ If you go to this location go to him coz he’s great at his job!!‘ Go Michael!

Walked in today 10/15/2013 at 5:50 with a friend looking for a massage chair for his dad for a birthday present was approached by a male maybe in his late 20’s light skinned with glasses(if I was the manager I’d look into this guy.) harassed my friend about being over 18 to try this chair. So he maybe should have asked first, my friend is over 18 and if he wasn’t he would get off the first time the gentleman asked. He continued to make smart remarks, towards my friends so I dropped a few cursed words and he returned them back. I ask my self how professional this must look infront of other customers in the store? Maybe my friend shall go else where to purchase a massaging chair. Very disrespectful and not pleasant customer service. No apology, just continued with his day, thumbs down for hiring this guy.

OMG! I went to this store today and had such an amazing experience! Andres and Thomas really helped me out, I couldn’t be happier! 5 stars for the products, and 10 stars for customer service. I was there until the store closed, unsure on what I wanted to get, having to exchange a product, and they were extremely patient and helpful… Andres walked me thru the options, just very friendly and had a lot of knowledge on the massage products. I set on the massage chair… and decided to take the back massagers! I am SOHAPPYANDPLEASED! THANKYOU!!! :)

I never thought I would step into this store. For years I would walk by, too ashamed to sample the massaging couch. For this trip, I was there to claim a warranty exchange on one of those flying helicopter thing-a-ma-bobs. Brookstone definitely has the easiest and least painful warranty claim procedures. I showed up with a broken helicopter and the awesome store manager just picked one up on off the shelf and handed it to me. Easy peasy! If you ever wanted one of those helicopters, then get one from here. You’re bound to mess it up, so get the warranty so it’ll be covered. I’ve had warranties for other products and there’s always some loophole they pull out to void your warranty. Won’t happen here!

I was always attracted to the gadgets that this place had and as I grew I realized that they were more useless than useful gadgets. Like what the other Unilocaler stated they were most of the time overpriced I could find better deals on Amazon or at Bens Bargain.
