I went into Best Liquor Meat & Deli looking for some meat. Really, I did. I expected to find a meat and deli counter — as any person would with a shop name as literal as this. Much to my surprise there was no meat or deli in the Best Liquor Meat & Deli. I checked every nook and cranny but it just wasn’t there. Very disappointing. I have given a 4 star rating all the same because the owner was really friendly and I mean really friendly. He said, «what’s up» and, «how’s your day going?» three times, even though I was only in the shop a few minutes. They have a really excellent selection of beers and spirits at good prices, as well as other useful bits. Just don’t expect your meat and deli needs to be fulfilled.

I waltzed into this Glendale corner shop while seeking a 7/11…and now I believe in serendipity. Its hard to find a gas station, liquor store, or quickie mart with an inviting energy and fun owner, which is why I was so smitten with the co-owner, Ed. This market is new on the block, but it literally has ALL of the essentials, trinkets, and conventional liquids, cigarettes, foods, etc. to meet the public’s needs. They have an impressive glass display of over 40 scratch-cards. I’ve never been into lotteries and gambling, but the lovely vibrations coerced me and I won! If you let your eyes wander, you may even find the plastic shot glass of peppermint on one side and vanilla on the other. It’s really just a cup of sugar and a tiny amount of alcohol, but its rare! Love this place and so will everyone else!

New owner took over this liquor store, he remodeled the place and it looks great! Tony the owner is very nice and welcoming, makes u feel like your going to your dad’s liquor store. Great prices as well and always has markdown prices on bottles.
