Don’t even bother. These folks are a total ripoff. The sold me a 10 treatment hair removal plan for a few facial hairs, Jessica evaluated my skintype incorrectly, and I had NO results after 10 treatments using the wrong laser over about 9 months time — so they gave me 4 free treatments — still no results — then wanted to sign me up for more. Takes more time to set up a new appointment and pay for your visit than you spend in treatment due to their antiquated computer system and E-​literate staff.

The Scotssdale branch closed, and their number is forwarded to the Glendale office. I had a Living Social voucher and when I called to schedule an appointment they said the business is closed and no longer takes the voucher, but that they can still offer me a VelaShape complimentary treatment at the Glendale location. When I called to confirm my treatment, they did not have me in the system. Not only that, but they told me to cancel my voucher, so now I have no proof that I was scheduled in nor that I had a voucher!
