Paseo Park Apartments

They kick out residents who lived here for over a decade to remodel, then move them to another unit for increased rent. Where’s the loyalty to your long-​standing people? Also, they do not offer recycling pickup. Hundreds of tenants would love to recycle but this apartment complex opted out. This is the lowest rated apartment within 10 miles for a reason. Don’t be fooled by the fresh coat of paint.

We have been living here for going on 5 months and have been very happy and content with our cozy apartment. We have one bedroom.
There are in a remodeling phase of the property and we love our remodeled apartment, the dark cabinets are beautiful. Very clean and brand new appliances, stainless steel. We love the price we pay to live here, we couldn’t find anything beatable. The walls are also painted gray, which is nice instead of having plain white. We have found it to be a safe place to live and pretty quite and family friendly. There are three pools, the main one has nice, gas BBQ grills. Well maintained. We also love the porch, pretty nice size.
Only a few complaints…
The maintenance staff responds very slow… not sure if they are understaffed or super busy with all the remodels, but sometimes takes days before your request is acknowledged. The other main concern I have is that our kitchen and bathroom sink, as well as dishwasher, sometimes have a terrible odor. We are VERY clean people and have tried Drano, bleach, essential oils, vinegar and lemon to clean our drains and try and get rid of the smell. Nothing works – it’s not us – its the apartments drainage system. We have tried talking to management about it and they just tell us to use bleach, not understanding that we have already tried that. So that is disappointing, not sure if it will get fixed so I have to use cleaners very often.
Also no where on the apartment complex is there a place to get quarters, which you need for the washers and dryers. And my final other complaint is that someone dropped a jar of spaghetti sauce on the concrete path and no one cleaned it up… not even maintenance. Things like that I feel should be taken care of.
