Ken and his team were very thorough and responsive. They finished the work in a timely manner and on schedule. His team was very courtesy and answered all of our questions up front. I would highly recommend them.

Pros: Estimate was one of the lowest for a new asphalt shingle roof, spring 2015. I made a last minute change on roof color selection which was addressed with no issues. High quality tiles and materials used. Two man crew did the majority of work. Exhaust pipe vents and AC air return (roof mounted) painted to match. Started on time and finished. Returned calls promptly.
Cons: One of the dormer attic vents had a 1 inch gap into the attic that was fixed with a piece of flashing after being informed. Found about 9 nails exposed that weren’t completely covered by the tiles. One of the dormer vents was dented. Roofing material over patio did not go to the edge of the flashing? Some leftover material and packaging dumped into attic (through vent opening). Section of rotted plywood over patio was changed, but there was another small section that should have been replaced. Nails found in yard.

We would like to say thank you to Ken and his co-​worker for coming and fixing our roof. When he came to give me a free estimate. I showed him the damage in my garage. While he was surveying the water spot. He noticed while walking around that there was another leak that was coming down the wall. Right there I knew I had a good contractor. He explained ever thing he was going to do and why it was leaking in the first place. The developers who built the home did have a good inspector. Because they would have never been able to pass inspection where the vent was located on the roof. When the work started he kept me informed what he was doing. Which I thought was very nice of him. They had a very nice personalities. While he was on the roof he even fixed a few things. With all of the work they did they were done in three days. I was truly impressed with their work. The roof on my central phoenix home was destroyed in the hail storm of Oct 5^th, 2010. I received three estimates from different roofers in the area. Advance Roofing Systems was several thousands of dollars less than the others. I met with the owner Ken who was very professional and assured me that they would clean up their work area daily during the project. I have yet to find a roofing nail around the yard and the new roof looks fantastic! They not only replaced the attic vents on my roof but painted all vents, exhaust pipes and air conditioning duct to match. Many of my neighbors had their roofs replaced and not one of their contractors had this kind of attention to detail. Love my new «painted desert» roof!
