Contacted this company by e-mail. No response. Called and arranged a roofing inspection with Kyle. Inspection never happened. Called to complain and spoke to Rick. Rick was not interested in resolving the matter, simply passed the phone to Kyle who made some excuse then hung up the phone.
In terms of customer service? There clearly is none.
Be wary of a company that fails to respond to e-mail, schedules appointments but fails to follow through and is totally unresponsive to the resulting customer complaints.

They take the extra time to discuss the details of the roofing project, have professional employees and always cover the roof with a tarp while in the process of working on a project.
