very good cavatelli, great pizza, good people & an Incredibly good value all around(for example bottle of perfectly kept Cline Zin only $ 26). Low traffic location means they’re need more business — help ‘em out if you’re nearby — you’ll get a great value yourself!

Yum! I was here last night for The Mad Empire Comedy Show. Great show, by the way. free and you can eat tasty food at the same time! The place does not look like much at all from the parking lot. Do not let that stop you! Inside, it is a cute café feel and they have great food! Chef Trev McGrath was a finalist on Hell’s Kitchen… so…you know this is some seriously good food! I had a half order of Gnocchi with Tomato Cream… loved it! I will come back and try a full meal, with appies and a few cocktails, too… was working, so no drinkies for me last night! Go ahead, stop in and give it a try… you won’t be sorry!

I was there this past Saturday night to watch my friend’s band play, as well as a farewell gathering for a former coworker. We then discovered that Trevor McGrath for the 2010 season of Hell’s Kitchen now runs the place. We got a chance to chat with him a little and he was really nice. He was also putting out some complimentary specialty pizzas all night, too. Wow! These were tasty ‘zas! I didn’t get around to trying the BLT pizza, but my friends were raving about it. It’s a cute little place and perfect for taking a date to or simply wanting some good food within a warm and pleasant atmosphere. I’ll be going back. :)

I found this place via Dont judge a restaurant by the way it looks on the outside. Inside this place is a cozy contemporary dimly lit place with a big bar, some flat screens spread around the bar, high tops and booths. The dining area is pretty comfortable and intimate. The menu has the usual Italian fare… Unilocalers say the pizza is good. they were right! As long as you ask for it well done, the pizza crust is thin and crispy, the ingredients are very fresh and the pizza looked great when it came out! Tasted great too! Service seems to have gotten better since the last few Unilocalers complained on here. Our waitress made an exception and got us a pitcher of soda when they dont typically do pitchers. that was appreciated. The garlic bread was too salty however so we stuck to the bruschetta which was very fresh and tasty. The night we went, the place was hosting a private party and was too loud due to all the people at the bar. But the prices are amazingly low for the quality of food! 16 bucks for a 16 inch pizza. thats fair given how fresh the ingredients were. Next time, I will carry out the pizza instead of dining in, unless its a slow night. worth checking out!

A great place to feed the pizza monster! We stopped in on a random Wednesday to try this place out. It’s stuck in a little strip mall near several much larger strip malls. The place sorta feels like a Francesca’s, with wood, exposed ceilings, a warm yet modern feel. There’s a big bar that takes up a lot of the space, and both high tops and tables/booths around the edges. The menu is light on apps, it’s true, but they do have garlic bread, bruchetta, and a few others. Plenty of pasta options but we were interested in the pizza. So we got garlic bread and a 14″ thin crust pepperoni, and were also given a basket of bread and olive oil. The pizza is very-thin-crust, with a good crunch to it except for the middle pieces which were a bit floppy by the time we got to them. Not much yeastiness to it; more buttery and solid — similar to Home Run Inn but thinner. Plenty of ooey, gooey cheese and pepperoni — ok, a little greasy but you expect that. Cheese had a bit of browning around the edges which I consider crucial, although for my taste I would’ve left it in the oven another minute :) We were provided with Parmesan, red pepper and oregano shakers for seasoning. Service was very good, lots of refills on water, prompt clearing of plates, not too chatty but that’s not a bad thing. Considering the proximity and the fact that this is on our way to several shopping areas and the grocery store, I have no doubt we’ll be back. Too bad we’re just outside the delivery area :) PS Apparently this is a suburban outpost of this place: … good to know!

Very good pizza, super thin crispy crust, fresh ingredients, but more oregano needed! Very BLAH seasoning. Salad was tasty, but overdrenched in dressing. They were out of the cavatelli, so we had the gnocchi in the vodka cream sauce. The cream sauce was divine, but the gnocchi was obviously frozen, and not completely dethawed! As the previous reviewer said, this place really needs to get its service in line. While the teenage server was sweet and well-intentioned, she is costing this business cutomers. While were eating, the couple next to us left in frustration after we were served our food before them.(They had been seated and waiting before us!) The food, wine, and décor is decent, and the coupons on make this a good deal. If only the management/owner would employ decent waitstaff!

Absolutely the WORST service I have received at a dining establishment in many, many years. The fam and I came here for pizza one night. It must have been the night that they forgot to pay their electricity bill, because it was too dark and too hot inside. I should have gone with my first instinct — whoa, this place is a dump, run — but we were hungry and tired and it was pizza, after all. The appetizer menu was limited. I don’t think I’ve ever been in an Italian/pizza joint that didn’t have garlic bread or mozzarella sticks or even mushrooms or fried zucchini on the menu. So we skipped the appetizers and just ordered pizza. No bread(never been in a sit-down Italian/pizza joint that didn’t offer bread, either), no appetizers, it was just us and our empty growling stomachs and annoying retro music played too damn loudly for what was possibly the longest 45 minutes of our lives. Never mind that people who came in after us, and ordered pizza just like we did got served before us. Never mind that the manager paid attention to every table BUT ours(just like the waitress did). Never mind that the Pepsi was watered down(it might have been the heat of the place melting the ice too quickly though). Three self-admitted pizza whores HATED what was finally put out in front of us. Granted, it looked pretty good before we dug in. We unanimously agreed that the crust tasted like saltine crackers. We pretty much agreed that there must have only been a tablespoon of sauce on an entire 16 inch pizza. It was impossible to get refills on the watered down Pepsi to wash down what was most likely the DRIEST pizza we have ever eaten. It was impossible to get the check when we finally gave up and wanted to leave. Too bad«NOTHING» isn’t an option in the«Good For» section of this review, and«IFYOU’RELUCKY» not an option under«Waiter Service».

This pizza is great! Everyone has their favorite pizza joints, but if you ever want to stray from your pizza loyalty — go here. They have a great thin crust pizza and some good lunch deals.(6 bucks for a personal pizza and salad.) We sat outside, but the little bit of the inside we did see was very nice. Verdict: Great to try if you are looking for a new pizza joint.
