The 2 guys that work here will do whatever it takes to line their pockets. Beware of their smooth talking and attitudes, there can be a fire in the store and they would not show any emotion at all. They will sell you a phone and give you a free tablet that chews up data. If you want to chew up data that is good except the data plan they sell you will allow for $ 30 for 500mb with each additional 250mb will be considered overage and will be charged an additional $ 15 for every 250 mb of data equaling $ 60 for every GB of overage data. So if you use 10gb of data on your data gobbling smartphone and free tablet you will be charged by Verizon $ 30 for the 1st500mb and then $ 60 for every GB after that on the overage. That adds up to $ 570 for overage and $ 30 for the first 500mb for a total of $ 600 used. After you get your first bill of $ 738 total including all fees these 2 crooks will tell you that they can switch you to another data plan for less cost but it is too late because they already got their commissions on your $ 738 bill for the first month. Also if you realize that you were ripped off on the data plan they sold to you before your 14 day return is allowed you will be charged very high restocking fees on the smartphone and the free tablet. Also beware of the smartphone payment plans they improvise for you, they are going to be very expensive after 2 years. These 2 crooks give Verizon a bad reputation and Verizon should pull their franchise license and the NYS attorney general should investigate their business practices and fine and penalize them.

Beware of FREE gifts! NEVER, EVERAGAIN! Terrible customer service! I was hounded into accepting«FREEGIFT»(verizon tablet). When I returned it, two days later(the tablet had disrupted & chewing up my data service)…I was met with aggression and charged $ 35.00(restocking a FREETABLET) + 20.00(screen protector) = $ 55.00. * This store is just a franchise! They are NOT associated with the main VERIZON company. This is very important… You MUST return your purchase within 3 days(not the 14 days the store says) in order to VOID the contract! I received this information from VERIZON online, itself.
