Called on a Sunday about having a muffler put on. Came in later in the day, was told they would put it on the lift as soon as the guys were back from lunch. Got it on the lift, told me «No problem, it will be 80 bucks» and probably no more then half an hour later I was out the door. Excellent service ON A SUNDAY!

I went to Prime Auto today after reading positive reviews on Unilocal.I called first — a very professional man answered the phone and answered my questions, namely that I could walk in without an appointment. When I arrived they were extremely busy (a good sign), but the agent still promptly greeted me and said he would get me in. I did have to wait, but it was understandable, considering how busy they were. I told him that I chose Prime Auto based on their Unilocal reviews. He was happy and said he hoped I would leave a good review as well. So here I am. Professional, quick, and great service. I will return in the future.

I went to this auto shop for car registration. Called before hand. They were able ti fit me in immediately. The man at the desk was quick, polite and efficient. He completed the inspection properly, told me what needed to be replaced and also gave me additional info about how to know when the car needs oil change and when to return. Professional and polite. Inspection while u wait. Whole process took about 45 mins or so. Will go to this auto-​shop in future.
