A great place to find that perfect piece for your home… furniture or a decorative accessory. Not all pieces are truly antique, but I never visit here without finding something unique. The prices are very fair in comparison to other antique shops so they don’t negotiate. I have been a collector for years and never get tired of this classy shop. You won’t be disappointed either.

Went there today and was «greeted» by the rudest woman. When I asked if they were open she said «we are never open on Fridays». I was disappointed and she rudely said «we have over 200 people here a day and they seem to be able to figure that out!» I have shopped and purchased from them before and they have always been a bit uppity (for whatever reason) but this woman was rude. I will never go back again.

I have purchased several times from Bountiful Barn, and have never been disappointed in my purchases. Pricing is fair and the signs posted indicate the prices listed are firm. They get 4 stars in this department.
As one other reviewer indicated (on another site) they tell you that their items are purchased in other countries… I don’t necessarily know how true this is, there is defnitley a lot of repurposed items as well… but I am not necessarily always looking for «True Antiques». If it catches my eye, pricing is good and I can use it… I will purchase it.
Only time I was not happy is when I was a new customer and looked on different websites including face book and it was indicated they were open. I called first and was told that they were NOT open, by a somewhat rude woman, with a pompous tone. She answered the phone and indicated they were not open yet for the season and all their customers know their schedule. I should have responded, unfortunately, if you do not advertise correctly and update Face Book and other web sites how is one to know what hours and days you are actually in operation. These sites indicate your store hours and days your are open. Then one drives out to find out differently. This isn’t something new, for over 2 years nothing has been updated. NEW and old customers is what maintains your business ladies.
Suggestion: Perhaps let someone else answer your phone with more tact and grace. Fix your web sites to give accurate dates and times of operation… especially Unilocal and face book… no stars in this department… cannot excuse rudeness or lack of accurate business advertising…

Wow. I have NEVER been treated so rudely in all my 50 years on this earth. My daughter and I out on a beautiful day happen by bountiful barn. There were cars in the lot and the barn door and fronT door were open. The sign above the store said Open 12 – 5 so we wandered in. While we were oohing and ahhing over the antiques the owner comes upon us and yells «DO WE LOOK OPEN?» We said, oh sorry yes the sign above the door stated so. Then in a snotty condecending tone «Have you been here before? We arent open for the season yet. WEVE BEEN HERE 17 YEARS EVERYONE KNOWS THAT» and practically «pushed» us out the door. I am a business owner myself. A simple Hi ladies, Im sorry but our season starts … please come back then. would have sufficed. NEVER. GOING. BACK. RUDE!
