This place has had a broken exterior sign for over a year. Staff blames it on «The landlord». Owner should take more pride in maintenance or realize why sales trail similar outlets.

We had great service food and experience there with the manager even giving us some extra treats for the kids to take home. I would have been four stars but for all the great treatment with the kids. The food was hot, fresh and tasty quickly served which was great with the youngest on meltdown alert. I highly recommend the Indonesian peanut noodles with chicken and the spicy caesar chickens sandwich or the med. The place is meant to strike a balance for quality food, price and speed and was prefect for our night.

I’m not overly impressed. I ordered Pad Thai. What makes a dish Pad Thai are the ingredients: Thai noodles, scallions, egg, tofu(and meat if desired), carrots, bean sprouts, a tamarind sauce, and peanuts. Well, there were no scallions, egg, or peanuts. The chicken tasted like any other grilled chicken that you would get. No Asian flavor whatsoever. It was edible, but very ordinary. I would not get this again. I doubt that I will ever go here again, either. Strange menu. If I’m having Asian, I don’t want to see spaghetti and meatballs or goulash on the menu.

I give two stars because the food is okay, not the best not the worst. Here are my complaints; The place is really dirty. The tables are covered with old plates and bowls. You can see crusted food on most tables. The condiments are covered in dirt and the coke machine is gross. It hasn’t been cleaned… Ever? I am drinking a standard Coca-Cola and I can taste 9 different flavors in it. It is actually really gross. My food is okay. I got the Veggie Med. There are more onions than any other veggie. My pasta is okay, it got better after I added a little siracha sauce. I will probably not come back, atleast not to this location.

The food is fine. But if your cashier puts her finger up to me when I’m ready to order and she’s on a personal call, I am so out.

We went there with our two little kids for a quick meal before going to the Arboretum. The tables were dirty, had to ask them to clean off the booth table we wanted. They FORGOT my meat on my dish, had to go back and ask for it!!! Then we had to ask them to serve us our wine. The potstickers my son wanted to eat were flattened! Weird! Terrible! Will NOT go back!!! Too expensive for that!!!

I ordered a small mac and cheese and I got a bowl with plain elbow noodles with pieces of unmelted cheese on top. Not even stirred in or melted or anything the noodles weren’t even seasoned. Just plain noodles and slices of cheese. I don’t understand how people like it.

Where to start?! I don’t usually like to complain about food establishments because I work in food and I know that there are times that a shift just isn’t as smooth as it should be. However in this case… this location of Noodles needs to be talked about for their lack of service. More than once I have received an incorrect order at this location or food wasn’t brought out/forgotten about. That was frustrating but once receiving the right food, the issues were small and weren’t deal breakers. But the last time I went here not only was my food initially forgotten about but when I received my penne rosa it was without the parmesan encrusted chicken I ordered and paid for. When I went up to ask for the chicken I had ordered they opened up the grill(whatever they use to heat it up) and took it out saying«oh we have it, we will bring it right out.») The only issue is that the chicken they brought me was the same chicken originally meant for my dish and had been on the grill the whole time since they forgot about it. So what I received was a completely burnt, flattened, and dry piece of chicken that I wouldn’t have tried to salvage in my own home. I was appalled that they served it and gave it to me in that condition instead of taking the extra couple minutes to give me something that was made right. So this was really upsetting and really frustrating and I was pretty mad and turned off. With the incompetence that night I didn’t even go back up to the workers about the burnt chicken. I was too upset and I just told myself that I probably wasn’t going back to this location and that I would maybe come during the day to try and speak with a general manager or something. Regardless I gave the place another chance when my boyfriend said he would pick something up for me for dinner. Well he actually never even got a chance to put an order in. He arrived around 940 which was still 20 minutes before the posted closing time. He was told that they were closed and when he questioned them they just repeated that they were closed. I find it so completely rude and obnoxious that they closed their doors early. It’s not as if they are some mom and pop restaurant where all the people working at the restaurant locations make that decision. It’s a corporate business and hours are posted on the corporate website, and on the doors of the establishment. Those hours should at all times be available to the customers and if they are not there needs to be a legitimate reason which was not given in this instance. Essentially this location has been unprofessional and disappointing and as someone who puts the customer first for over 50 hours a week it was even more of a disappointment. I think that it would be wise to reevaluate who they decide to make nightly shift managers given the issues I’ve had at this location at the dinner/night hours.

Pulled pork sandwiches are amazing. Not too big of a fan of their meatballs, though.

Worst Noodles we’ve been to. Brought back the dirty silverware we received for new silverware and the kid proceeded to wrap two more sets that were just as dirty(obviously just doesn’t care). Both of our dishes were a blend of fresh hot and old room temperature pasta. My chicken was also room temperature. The Penne Rosa was more bland than we’ve had elsewhere. Total crap job here guys. Get it together. I guess we’ll have to stick to other locations and not this one.

The new summertime Very Berry Spinach Salad is DELICIOUS!!! It has fresh spinach, fresh strawberries, red onion, pecans, homemade croutons, BACON, cheese(which I asked to be left off since I don’t like cheese) with tangy balsamic fig dressing drizzled on the salad. SOGOOD! I had some flat bread on the side– only $.75– and it was tasty too. I saw someone at a table next to us who got the ciabatta roll– that looked great and I’ll try that next time. My husband had the Indonesian Peanut Sauté with chicken and it was very spicy but he ate every bite. They have awesome rice krispie treats too– only $ 1.50– and they are huge– just my size– and don’t taste fake or processed– a nice dessert on top of a great dinner. :) I can’t wait to go back and try out some other menu items. They have a great selection. I love how clear the menus are– they have printed menus at the entrance and then again at the counters, and they have big boards above the counters and everything is included and described well with all of the ingredients listed– so helpful. You order at the counter and then they bring you your food. They even have a note that says they don’t expect you to tip– that’s refreshing. They have Izzes in bottles that you can get too– I love Izze! I think more people were ordering to carry out than to dine in– it seems like a really popular place. I like that the tables aren’t too close together. The restaurant was clean and the service was good. I can’t believe I haven’t tried this place before– I know we will be back really soon.

I’ve been a fan of this restaurant for at least 6 years now. I almost always order their Pesto Cavatappi with Parmesan chicken. I’ve only been to this place once because I just happened to be around this area one day. I ordered the same dish and when it was brought out to me, I saw that my pasta was burnt! Yes, you read that right — it was *burnt!* It took me a couple more spoonfuls before I decided to take it up to the counter so they can replace the dish. I couldn’t handle the burnt taste and smell with every bite so that’s why I gave up. When the front counter guy told the chef, he took a good look at me. He didn’t look happy, of course. When a new dish was brought out to me, it was so watery. Pesto Cavatappi was never watery to begin with! The replacement dish was so bland and it just tasted really bad. Don’t get me wrong though — I still love this dish, but I would probably never step in this specific restaurant again. I do recommend their other dishes at *another* location that I’ve tried: Bangkok Curry, Indonesian Peanut Sauté, Caesar Salad, and Thai Curry Soup! Their portion is probably too small for guys, but for me, it’s just right. I normally cannot finish their Regular size dish. If you’re a girl and you’re not too hungry, I would suggest going for their Trio. You can pick a meat, pasta, and salad or soup for that.

This is one of those restaurants you go to when you want to eat good food, without having to sit down, wait for your waiter, place your order, etc. Nor is it a fast food joint. The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere. Lots of light. Lots of tables. The staff is friendly and the service is speedy. I always order the Pasta Fresca(without the chicken). It’s served with pasta, onions, tomatoes and a yummy dressing. You also get a choice of cheese(fetta or parmesan) — I prefer the latter. I’d also recommend getting the regular size, especially if you have a big appetite like me. The small isn’t nearly enough. At least with the regular size, if you don’t eat it all you can have the rest as leftovers. This particular Noodles is in a very convenient location — right off Roosevelt Rd. Because of that, it gets very busy during the lunch hour. I’d recommend going either a little before noon or sometime after 1pm to avoid the rush. But no matter when you go, the food and the experience will be great. P. S. I’ve been to 2 other locations a few times and they were just as good.

Not sure why this Noodles & Co is a step above other locations, but it is. Probably has something to do with staff and especially the chef. We’ve been going here for a while and even though we ‘ve been served by numerous members of the staff, they all are friendly and helpful. We have been treated to tastes of new menu items and once, when there was a long wait due to the line of customers, the manager walked through the place and handed out certificates for a free trio meal to apologize for the wait. Very classy. Tip: Try the Trio, it’s a good deal.(fav= Pasta Fresca, grilled chicken and cesaer salad)
