Just got the white tip here in Nail Envy recently and i totally love it. The tech that did my nails was well trained, experienced and really friendly as well. She made my nails looked just gorgeous and perfect, also the nails lasted a lot longer than i expected. And they have really nice furnitures, super comfortable and relaxing as well. What a great nails salon! Highly recommend :)

do NOT go there! my no chip looks like a child did it. and my fill after 1 hour is already lifting up. and my appointment was 2z5 hours and that is not all. two ladies tried doing it and both didn’t know how to! oh and they still charged me 30 $ on top of me not liking the work and honestly I’m going back to get money back or they can redo my nails from the start!!!

Went in to buy a gift certificate and although there were no customers and they looked up and saw me, the girls continued their conversation for 5 minutes before coming up to help me. They ran my credit card and left the gift certificate on the counter with my credit card slip and walked away without saying anything, there wasn’t even a pen to sign the credit slip. If this was not a requested gift for someone I would have torn up the credit card slip, left the gift certificate and cancelled the charge. Incredibly ignorant! I will NEVER be back.

I went to this salon less than a week ago and got the gel manicure. I have been getting the gel for the last year at another salon. I tried Nail Envy because I have relocated.
The experience in the salon was extremely unprofessional. The two nail technicians spoke to each other the entire time in a foreign language. Myself and the other patron were totally ignored during the entire treatment. A third technician came in mid manicure and also joined the conversation and made mine cry. I have no idea what the problem was but it was terribly uncomfortable.
The gel manicure should last two weeks, I am five days in and most of my nails are peeling off! There is no consistency to the shape of my nails and they look awful! The worst manicure I have ever had.
I would recommend people steer clear of this establishment.
