Love the food and have for 20 years but seriously considering never ordering from them again due to the uselessness of the female that answers the phone… she knows nothing and consistently screws up my orders… its painful to place an order at this place!

Sals pizza is great. Everything is cooked to perfection. Garlic knots are the best! And very nice people who work there.

Good pizza but the nastiest service I’ve seen In a while especially the owner. Acts as if he’s doing you a favor by taking your order. Always forgets something from your order and has never attempted to fix a thing or not even a sorry.

Took 2 hours to deliver. Had to call four times. Woman who took order indifferent. No forks provided. Pizza cold. Never ever patronize this store!

Dearest Sals, Your crust is a crispy pillow thats thin enough to fold, and baked to perfection. Your sauce is a salty and sweet mix of juiciness, and your cheeses are bubbly and gooey enough to pull a full foot. Two slices go down real easy, and it’s good enough for me to shove down a third and induce the pizza sweats. Your staff is friendly and speedy, the joint is clean and your copious menu options will keep things interesting long into the future. I also dig the décor — classic NY pizza joint. The strip mall location is a little seedy, and I wish there was more parking, but I will gladly return for some of the most delish NY pizza I’ve ever had. Love, Hilary H

Meh, Sal’s Pizza is ok. I’ve tried it twice now and both times it was very greasy and somewhat rough on the ‘ol insides. The second time I also tried the calzone — which was very good. Pro tip: skip the pizza and grab a calzone. Or even better, hit up the Chinese place next door.

Good pizza but not delivered with napkins or the 2 liter soda we ordered. Got garlic knots(instead?), which were tasty.

I love Sal’s Pizza. Not living in NY doesn’t really help my pallette since I think that all NY pizza is better than any other state’s pizza, but Sal’s is definitely my favorite whenever I head back to the Island. Although sometimes the specialty pizzas are a little dry(they might have sat out in the display too long), the regular slice with just sausage or pepperoni or any other topping, is incredible.
