Domino’s Pizza

First off, don’t believe these negative reviews on this site. The pizza and wings are always good. Sometimes on a very rare occasion, they forget to include a topping or sauce — but everyone makes mistakes. The delivery driver is always professional and knows my house by heart so its never a mistake. Michal who is the store manager is always professional, courteous, and fixes my problems if I use the wrong credit card or order the wrong thing. I have never had an issue. Remember if your looking for real authentic pizza, its not going to be Dominos. However, if you are looking for a late night dinner because many places are closed and you are hungry — this is the place. It is a decent (unhealthy unfortunately) meal. These guys rock and definitely deserve 5 Stars! Giving it a 4 star now because the delivery driver was rude and unprofessional. ⁵⁄₂₀₁₅

Never again! Changed my review. These people served me my food in a unfolded pizza box, receipt was on the middle of pie soaking in pizza grease. And the guy was 20 mins late and I usually get it in 10 mins when they leave. They did take it off my card but these people obviously don’t care about your food they way it should be. Or maybe it’s the drivers eating and picking at the food before it gets to you.

The hand-​tossed pizza was very good even though it was greasier than what I’ve had at other Domino’s locations in Texas, Idaho, and WA. The size of the Italian sausage chunks was larger, which I liked. My friends who ate the Chicken Alfredo said it was delicious but the spinach and feta cheesy bread? Full of jalapeños!
I was eating pizza so I didn’t need any more bread. No one else wanted to even try the cheesy bread so I called Domino’s that night, 6÷13÷14 to let them know I’d received the wrong bread.
I wasn’t going to ask them to drive back and bring a new one because we’d be finished eating by then. Which reminds me… My iPhone App selected this store, when there was another Domino’s that was .6 miles from my friend’s house! The girl who answered my call listened politely then asked if I would hold. I agreed and our call was promptly disconnected.
I think I decided to call back on Tues. I was willing to have them exchange the bread for a same-​priced pizza or a refund. The girl said she’d have to have her manager call me because all she was authorized to do was give me the spinach bread.
Wednesday, after no call from the manager, I returned the jalapeño cheese bread and again offered to accept a medium 2-​topping pizza. I was told she couldn’t do that and pulled a slip of paper out of a drawer and said the manager would have to call me.
No calls… even as of 6÷26÷14.
I’M ADDICTED TO THE LAVA CAKES. They have been great everywhere except for the price being $ 1 more at this NY location. I’m actually considering a 3^rd star… but no response from management? I’ll stick with 2.
