I am planning an out of town wedding. I booked an appointment to see the trolley. I was told someone would be there to show me the Trolley which was scheduled to be done for the day. When I arrived on time for my scheduled showing, I was told they got a last minute job for the Trolley, and I could come back first thing in the morning. I was never called and no attempt was made to notify me. I was told that the wedding planner was not in the office. That was the excuse. The last thing I need for my «Big Day» is to worry about my wedding transportation not arriving on time or at all because Zbest employees are unable to properly communicate with each other. NOTHANKYOU!!!

We hired zBest for our wedding services and could not have been more disappointed. There was significant confusion about the services we requested, even though it was clearly outlined in a document I sent well in advance. Maybe it’s my fault I didn’t double check everything on the invoice when it was sent the night before my wedding, but I had a few other things on my mind. At 12:30am the night of my wedding, the last thing I want to do is spend 30 minutes on the phone fixing their mistake and shelling out another $ 500. I am most upset that zBest is not able to refund at least half of the money we spent urgently requesting a bus to come get 25 of our friends who had been assured a ride home — if zBest had done their job right and double checked my request for services, nothing would have been an issue. No, I do not want a credit for future services, I will never be using these guys again.

Booked zbest for my wedding after reading their reviews on Wedding Wire. The process of booking, paying, and on-going communication was a little tricky as the sales rep wasn’t always available and didn’t necessarily respond to e-mails. This(of course) filled me with trepidation for the actual big day. Loads of it actually. WELL we had many other problems(like the photographer showing up late and the DJ being lackluster), but the one thing that turned out perfectly was the zbest limo. The limo looked great. I can’t remember our driver’s name, but he was on time, professional, polite. He knew how to get from the church to the reception venue, so I didn’t have to worry about directing(which I’m terrible at doing anyhow). Honestly, after the difficult time getting it all set up, I was shocked and impressed. We gave the driver an additional tip even though one was already included in the total cost. No surprise additional charges at the end – I did not have to show my credit card either. The actual limo experience was more like 4 stars. If you include customer service prior to the experience, that’s the 3 stars mark. I would use them again. Hopefully I’ll eventually remember the driver’s name so I can make sure we get him again – I think he made a difference in our experience. If I find out soon, I’ll come back and post it here.

I usually review a lot of services before I use them, but this time I did not and I totally regret it. I shopped around a little, but after a few email exchanges with Gwen, the Internet Sales and Reservations Manager at Zbest, she convinced me to book their company for our wedding day transportation. My parents debated on having the limo from 12pm-4pm so that the groomsmen could be picked up and taken to the church, but then decided the three hours would be enough and the groomsmen could go to the church on their own and then ride in the limo from the church to the reception. We reserved a 10 passenger limo for three hours, from 1pm to 4pm on a Saturday for $ 395.50 and we paid the balance in full a couple weeks before the wedding. I received a phone call from Zbest the day before the wedding and the dispatcher confirmed the pickups and dropoffs from my house to the church to the reception. Everything seemed good to go… We were expecting the limo at 1:00 pm and thought they may be a few minutes early, but the driver pulled up right at 1, when we were about to make a phone call to see where the limo was. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice if the driver would have been a little early. Our driver, Jackie, was very nice and my parents, bridesmaids and I piled into the limo. The church was in Essex and the ride to the church was nice and short and we enjoyed the complimentary bottles of water that were sitting in the back with us. After the ceremony, my groom and I went into the limo with our groomsmen and bridesmaids to head down to M&T Bank Stadium for our reception. The ride should have only taken 25 minutes, but our driver got lost not once but twice. We knocked on the window and when the driver opened the barrier, we saw that she had a piece of paper with hand written directions! We could not believe that this company did not provide a navigation system in their vehicles. Our photographer was following us and pulled up beside the limo driver(on the highway!) and told her to follow him. Our 25 minute drive turned into an hour and we were extremely behind on our schedule. We were supposed to be able to take a lot of wedding pictures on the football field, but since we were so late, our time was cut and we didn’t get to take a lot. I am really glad we only did the three hours because if the driver had to pick up the groomsmen, she probably would have gotten lost again! I would not recommend using Zbest for any function, unless you want to get lost and be late!
