Micro-Edge Window Tinting & Custom Exhaust

I wish I could give his place no stars! I would highly recommend this place closes never to reopen. I got my vehicle tinted there last February. Where to start… first it wasn’t done in he timely manner hat they said it would be took them till 9pm to tint my car after bringing it to them for a so called appt at 1pm. Bad mistake dropping my car off there all down hill from there. Said I paid for laser cut tint but the tint was clearly cut by hand. Next thing was that I then had Togo back and argue with them about the tint not being even all the way around the vehicle and after showing it to them they still didn’t want to fix it. So then I got bubbles in tint and they told me it would go away which it never did. Needless to say I asked for them to just remove their tint I would go somewhere else and of course they said they don’t give refunds. So of course I have taken my vehicle somewhere else and had the tint removed and tint redone. Now your probably asking why am I writing this now. Well I also had my front windshield done with a solar strip across the top. Just today my windshield is about to get replaced I called them to see if they would put the solar strip back on and of course they said I have to repay for it even though there is a lifetime warranty on it. This place had terrible customer service and I would recommend for everyone including the people who work there to stay far clear of this place!!!

There were lines in the tints but like I already mentioned, I cant bring myself to spend another minute at your business. As for the owner, regardless of what miscommunication took place between him and the employee I’m a customer who requested to speak with him and he never came out to speak with me. There is no acceptable justification for ignoring a customer. While I understand an exact time can not be promised I spent more than 5hrs at your business because I kept being told «almost done», which is completely unacceptable. If your business could address the issues below I think customers would be much happier:
1. Set and clearly communciate expectations of time.
2. Educate employees to communicate clearly and honestly instead of being wishy washy or over optimistically of time required in an attempt to get more customers.
3. Management/​owner needs to be responsible and address customer concerns on site.

Attention Unilocal readers: The business owner responded. Is this the kind of customer service you want? Business owner vs. 3 negative responses from previous customers. Even though, we approached them professionally on many returns, they did not measure up to satisfactory service/​product. Why would I return 6^th times? After Micro-​Edge COULD NOT FIX my window tint given them several opportunity to correct their ineffectiveness, I went to HP Racing, Glen Burnie. Check out/​read my review about my HP Racing window tinting experience, and you can tell I am fair and unbiased. HP Racing did a very well job in window tinting my car that I did not return for a second time. Who would you believe? You cannot deny previous customers experience. They speak the truth if the service/​product received were all bad. Why would anybody say negative reviews unless it is true? and Why would a business owner defend their poor job? Because now, it’s making known to everybody who comes to read our Unilocal reviews of the information that this business has history of poor performance. This validates their unprofessionalism. Our reviews encourage truth, so Unilocalers speak out. Beware of other online reviews, if you can’t verify who is providing you the flawless, polished information, be smart it is most likely associated with the business.
