Very Professional staff!!! They treat their customers wonderful and I recommend their service. I had a rental car and flew up from the ground maybe a hubcap or rock but it busted out my drivers side window and mirror. I was scared to death as I was driving when this happened. But Automotive Concepts helped me every step of the way and got my parts overnighted and everything. I just love this place and would recommended it to anyone who needs any type of glass or any any extras for your vehicle I strongly suggest that you call these guys to help you out!!! N

These guys put the sunroof in my new car in December. When the weather turned nice, I opened it all the way and found that the wind bar vibrated like crazy at highway speeds. Got in the next day, and took five minutes to adjust.
Nice people, great service, but one star off for not getting it right on the first try.

So, some douche decided to throw a brick through my car window on Super Bowl Sunday of all days, the day before a rain/snowstorm.
I made a fair amount in inquiries, trying to get the window fixed before my poor car had to face snow with a plastic bag for a window. Prices ranged from $ 180 – 350 (that would be Safelite), and many places could not even get me in that day. This place got me in at 10am (I called at 9!) and it was on the low end of the price range. It actually cost me less than they quoted me on the phone!
They seemed like good folks and they got me in and out quick on a day when that really mattered. That gets you 5 stars in my book.
