Bob’s Automotive made my body repair experience a seamless process. From the initial call to schedule appointment to picking up the car after the repair… simply seamless. The customer service was absolutely impeccable. Everyone was polite, professional, and courteous. My car looked great as well. I would recommend them 100%!!

I recently purchased a 1992 ford Mustang gt off craigslist. I love the car but after purchasing I noticed the shock tower was rusted out badly and I was worried about the structural integrity of the car. I went to several body shops and they all said it couldn’t be fixed. Then I went to bobs auto repair. When I walked in it looked very nice and fancy, I thought there is no way they will work on an old 92 ford but I figured I’d ask. I talked to Danny Gomez and he said they could fix it and the price was much less then I thought it would be. I dropped it off for repair immediately and then worried that night if it would be a good repair because it was such a great deal. I picked it up 24 hours later and it looked amazing. They did a great job fixing it. It was stronger then ever and looked great, they even washed and vacuumed the car. I am a very picky person who is hard to please. I could not be any happier with the service I received. Danny even took pictures of the repair and sent them to my email. I also have a new mustang and a dodge challenger. I will definitely be a customer for life.

I was referred to Bob’s by Geico for damage to my car’s rear bumper. I spoke to Bob’s on a Monday, dropped my car off on Wednesday and had it back by Thursday. It was quick and easy. I was skeptical about such a quick turnaround but they did a great job on my car and they were professional and friendly.
My only complaint was with Enterprise who provided a rental car while my car was being repaired however they should not be a reflection on Bob’s. Enterprise gave me a dirty car (including ashes in the interior) with little gas, no windshield fluid and a maintance minder flashing on the dashbaord. Enterprise offerred to clean it before I drove off but I declined since it was a short term rental. There was just a little gas so my first stop was the gas station. And the following morning I tried to clean the windshield and found there was no windshield fluid. I would expect that all fluids be checked prior to renting a vehicle to a customer. And my biggest concern was the «oil change needed» message flashing on the dashboard. I would expect Enterprise to properly maintain their vehicles for safety and maintance. This made me feel unsafe driving the rental vehicle since I wondered how overdue the oil change was and what other maintanence had not been done. The Enterprise representative told me that all maintanence was done and apologized for everything. I’m still not convinced that Enterprise properly maintains their vehicles though.

Amazing staff, very friendly and accommodating, from the receptionist area ladies, the geico adjuster, the enterprise rental girls, and beyond. Everyone was attentive and genuine. Especially nice to find when you’re frustrated with a damaged vehicle!
Repairs were completed quick, my van looks great, reasonable cost and they had very good communication throughout.
Easy one stop shop with enterprise on site.
